Worth buying
Strong durable and you can not beat the price. My whole group of 20 friends bought these as well. Perfect for compression training on feet wrist knees and shoulders

Quality Issues
This little set appeared to be a great deal, but you get what you pay for. Using digital calipers, which I use to build things requiring precise measurements, I found that the dimensions were not accurately described.All three bands measured in 1 7/8" wide, a full 1/8" short.The black band measured only .054" thick rather than the listed .06" thick & the green band measured .038" thick rather than the listed .04" thick. The red band, while not exact, measured .051" thick, slightly thicker than listed.I only measured the length of the black band (using a standard tape measure), and it was actually a little over 1" longer than 7', so all good there.The tackiness of all the bands, while acceptable, leaves something to be desired, and is definitely not to the standard of the name brand Voodoo Floss. Overall, I say spend a little more money and buy something of better quality.

Way to small
The bands I bought were small and short . You can barely roll it around your body part and it gets loose.
