a decent soprano ukulele
my views are that this particular instrument punches above its weight in value for money. It is not expensive and has a nice tone. After a week of tuning in it keeps itself in tune /or very nearly. I do not know the make of strings supplied but they seem fine to me, the instrument makes a nice sound. I personally like the shape and size, I much prefer it to the usual guitar shape. Mine is in a padded bag and you can easily take it with luggage. I understand that these instruments may not be being made by the manufacturer anymore? which if true is a pity.So I am a happy customer, would I buy another one, certainly, if I needed to. Would I recommend it, yes, for a beginner and beyond. It proves you do not have to pay big money for a decent instrument.

Quality instrument.Not a toy...
Little piece of art.I only change the Bridge Saddle & Nut for Ebony one just for expensive look😜andAquila Sugar strings for comfort👍.When you decided to change strings for favourite one... I recommend to apply Boiled Linseed Oil on fret board and whole instrument for even greater look and durability. This uke sounds and looks Great.Loots of free extras when you register with Melani website is big plus.Goog value for money.Strongly recommend.

Great value for money for new ukulele players.
This is my 2nd ukulele now and what can I say but wow. Its super light easy to play and makes a much more authentic sound that the Martin Smith ukulele out of argos. People say about the strings not being great quality but I believe they to the sound can. Not fault.

I am very pleased with the quality of the instrument
I am very pleased with the quality of the instrument, it is well made, sounds great, and the tuning machine heads are excellent. Very good value for the price. Thank you Dangleberry!

Sounds lovely
Lovely sounding ukulele, doesn't sound as harsh as the usual soprano.

Great service but faulty product
Service was excellent but unfortunately the Uke wasn't. I bought this as Christmas present for my son, who is a musician. The tone of the uke was great and it also looked good but the uke was unable to hold its tuning. Emailed the boys at the shop and received great customer service with a prompt refund. It seems they had received a faulty batch.Would use them again

Great little Uke
This uke is good value for money and looks the part. Despite the poor quality strings (which are to be expected for the price) it sounds ok and keeps in tune well. Now that I have had the opportunity to get properly into playing I have ordered replacement strings to get the most out of this well made instrument. On negative point is the lack of decent packaging, which consisted only of a thin cardboard box with the uke in a plastic bag inside.....VERY lucky it didn't arrive damaged in any way.

In wörtlichem Sinne Preiswert!
