The screw thread mount is the same as you will find on any SLR camera so all standard camera tripods will work

Where can I get a cable for my Mac book air or iPhone?

For iPhone, you can buy the Lightning to HMDI adapter from the Apple store. And for the Mac, it depends on the product model. You just need a conversion adapter which can transfer the output signal of your Mac to the standard HDMI signal.

I have connected my amazon stick which plays the trailers fine with sound but when i click to play the film no.sound? I read something about changibg from dolby how do i do this it is not an option in the sound menu. Not sure why it has sound for trailers but not full movies.

I use my fire stick then connect my Alexa to it then it’s cinema sound amazing
