Product Description It's a 100% natural and pure product containing all the characteristics that form an ideal cat litter. As a natural mineral it completely safe for your cat. It is free from any chemical substances that may be harmful for the cat. It's not toxic and is in fact able to absorb harmful substances and lock them in safely. It's properties allow it to absorb odour and liquid in a very short time. This is how it prevents germs from breeding in the home. The molecular structure of this natural mineral used as a raw material in means it able to absorb very high amounts of liquid, and odour (especially from ammonia). It stays perfectly dry (completley absorbs liquid within seconds) even after long periods of use, and provides your cat with a healthy and hygienic toilet environment. The molecular structure of zeolite, the natural minerals used to produce offers an anti-stress feature for your cat. If it is swallowed by your cat accidentally, it will not have any harmful effects on your cat's metabolism. In fact zeolite is also used in agricultural animal feed products to remove toxins and heavy metals from the digestive systems of animals. By doing this it improves their health and significantly increases their survival rate. Easy to use owing to its features of fast clumping and liquid trapping. Its special formulation helps prevent odor formation. High liquid trapping feature prevents liquid from leaking to bottom of cat litter box and accumulating there. Fast and hard clumping will allow it to be used for a long time. Directions Fill the cat litter box with Patimax Cat Litter up to 5 to 7 cm depending on its depth. Everyday, remove the solid wastes in the litter box by using a trowel. Once a week, add cat litter to the box in an amount equal to litter removed. Once a month, empty the litter box and disinfect it. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly afterwards with soap and water, whenever you do this. Prevent any foodstuff from coming into contact with the cat litter tray.

Disappointingly not as good as it sounds!
The Patimax Litter is just "OK". I can't comment on it antibacterial qualities but I will share with you the following. I was a previous Catsan user and what I will say for it is that it is a definite improvement on that. It does have a lovely baby powder smell and each time you stir the litter, it releases a pleasant fragrance and does last a reasonable amount of time. I have 3 cats using it so it was well tested and for that it does get a tick. Of course after prolonged use, around 10 days, the urine odor was no longer masked by the baby powder however it was never as bad as the Catsan which was dreadful.In regards to its statement that "High liquid trapping feature prevents liquid from leaking to bottom of cat litter box and accumulating there", this is not entirely true. For this to be accurate, you need to fill your litter tray just shy of the top rim. If the litter is even 3/4 full, I found the urine did seep to the bottom and it becomes rock hard and almost impossible to scrape off the bottom. It sticks to the base like superglue and then when you manage to release it, it crumbles and then inevitably gets mixed up in the rest of the litter.The clumps it did form when the litter is freshly in the tray were impressive, but with more use it became more like wet sand and would fall through the holes of the scoop (and mine is a fine hole scoop). I never flush the stuff down the toilet. I use scented baby nappy bags to bin in it for fear it will block the toilet.I also found that when pouring into the tray, a fair dust cloud would rise and I don't suspect its particularly healthy to inhale. Although the smell is pleasant, it's not nice once up your nose and lingering! I have short hair and long hair cats and I did find it stuck a bit to their fur so once they were out of the tray, they would leave a little trail of litter behind them. There were a few white powder paw prints too on darker surfaces which was a little annoying for me, but didn't seem to bother the cats.I have changed the litter now to the Golden Grey Clumping Litter which on Amazon is significantly more expensive. However, I have sourced it elsewhere online and found it cheaper than even Patimax so worth shopping around for. I have heard good reviews but will have to wait and see the outcome.

Great product!
Matched the description perfectly! This clumps really well although i found that we used more than when we use the non clumping litter. Smelt great and masked the smell which was a bonus. Great that you can scatter this on your garden afterwards too. Would recommend and would buy again!

Excellent litter - best i have used after searching for years for a high quality litter 🤗
Fantastic product !!!! Best litter i have ever used in 20 years of being a cat owner. 😃😃Great absorbancy and beautiful smell. You do need a good quality fine scoop to ease the scooping. The delivery excellent and easyer than carrying from store ..,, will use from now on !! Delighted with this litter

Turns into sticky messy lumps. Try non clumping instead.
I normally use the Catsan smart packs but thought I'd have a change to save money Unfortunately I didn't notice this was ultra clumping which meant that every time the cat used it large amounts of litter stuck together in a gooey playdough consistency ball. The litter is such a fine grit that it gets spread all over the carpet as the cat drags it out in her long fur. As for the smell I didn't even notice it was even scented. I was so sick of it after a week that I changed it. The big bag only lasted me two weeks and I went straight back onto Amazon to order my usual Catsan smart packs which are great if a little expensive. My advice is that if you've only ever used clumping litter try non clumping and you'll never go back.

Best cat litter I have ever used
Best cat litter I have ever used, previously had 3 cats and despite changing the litter 2/3 times per day there was always an "aroma", with this product that doesn't occur even though the lid is not fitted to our cat's tray, we use the "baby" powder litter and it leaves a lovely scent around the area, I cannot recommend this product highly enough.

Best product I've ever used, had cats my whole life and this is my favourite. 2cats, I change it once a month and rarely remember to scoop and odour control is fantastic.

The best litter ever!
We have 2 adult cats who will only poo indoors. And their poo stinks! We have tried a number of other brands of litter before stumbling across pattimax in Amazon. This litter is amazing. We scoop once a day and clear the entire tray out once a week. This means that a bag of litter lasts us a fortnight. That works out at around £5.50 per week in litter, so not the cheapest, but definitely the best for odour reduction. We have been using this litter for over a year now and have no complaints...apart from it being, occasionally, out of stock on Amazon!

best I have used
With 10 semi longhaired cats, I have tried many different litters over the years, this is by far one of the best, only downside is it is a little more expensive but much less hassle!
