Lifelong OTG 9 Litre - Electric Oven Toaster Griller for Kitchen, Contant Temp - 1100W Auto Shut Off & 30 Min Timer Control - Machine for Baking Pizza, Cake, Grilling Chicken & Toasting Bread (LLOT09)

This oven is the most value for money item I bought for Rs 1800 until now. I got the oven in mint condition without any dents or scratches and it was nicely packed. I’m totally new to baking, so wanted to experiment without spending a lot of money. I bought the 10L version and this size is perfect for very small families or individuals who are getting into baking. I used it two times, and baked two types of breads in it, both came out perfectly. I have attached photos of both. Both times, I preheated the oven for about 175 degree celsius for 10 minutes and baked at the same temperature for about 30-35 minutes. The bread was perfectly cooked with a nice, crispy crust. The crust was getting browned more on the area under the coil, so after about 25 minutes, I took the tray out, rotated it 90 degrees and kept it back so that the less browned crust of the bread comes directly under the coil. After this, all the parts became evenly brown and crisp. This is an inconvenience, but you can’t expect a lot from an oven of this size and price, so I wouldn’t consider this a negative. The handle of the oven even after using for over 30 minutes gets only slightly warm, and you can touch it without oven mittens/cloth, which is good. Before using to bake for the first time, I turned it on for 5 minutes at the maximum temperature and the coils inside started smoking and a sort of burning smell was coming. This is due to the coil getting heated for the first time and it is totally normal. I had thoroughly researched before buying this oven and I knew this was expected. But I can see someone else getting freaked out seeing the smoke and the burning smell, and mistake it for a manufacturing defect. I suggest the manufacturers to mention this in the instruction manual that came with oven. It has only been a week since I got this oven, and the experience so far is hugely positive. Baked a few items right after receiving the package to make sure heating and other features are functioning well.It's a small and compact, enough for a nuclear family. Even heating, can handle easily.Glassdoor and knobs function well.If you're looking for an oven at a cheaper price and something wholesome, this oven is what you need. I had an oven from Bajaj, but there were heating issues and also it was costlier, everybody almost thought I was a failure at baking.But lifelong oven, got me vindicated.Edit : after around 9months of use, there's a heating issue, it's uneven. Pizzas and cakes came out uncooked partly. All this in less than a year

My first oven almost 30 years ago lasted 20 years - and that was a Lifelong. A couple of others came and went in the last decade... so today I'm so thrilled to be back with Lifelong! Looking forward to the next 20 years. Must say it looks really classy now! Surely value for money. Only wondering why the base plate isn't removable for cleaning (?)

The product malfunctioned within 5 months , it took 3 weeks to finally register a complaint pls note lifelong plain and simply rebrands things and don’t have a proper service network hence they told they will pick up and refund , however on date of pickup they just called once which was missed by me and they cancelled the pickup , worse part when you try calling customer service “ always busy” and when you write a mail then “ mail box full cannot receive”So beware .

A very light weight oven but still sturdy enough. It is improper to list pros and cons considering the price of the product. The grill mesh is inbuilt in it and cannot be removed so there is Only one default placement option. There is no temperature selection option. So it is important to keep a close watch on whatever you have placed inside. The width is very less, and even a medium pizza base cannot fit in it. You may want to cut it in half.Overall good enough for one or maybe two people.

Good and multipurpose compact n user friendly products. It's value for moneyn recommendable. Good appearance n easy to clean.

First of all... How CUTE is the 10L OTG??!! It's compact, lightweight and easily fits on a shelf.Secondly, it does the job. The body is not weak at all and the heating is perfect. I baked for 1 week straight, everyday, like a regular OTG. I am addicted to this baby. I bake cookies and small cakes everyday for me and my dog (sugarfree and no oil/butter for him). Just perfect for two.Third, the price is definitely appropriate. You'll be happy to spend this much at least for the small one. Bachelors who love to bake will thank me for recommending this.And lastly, I would say if you are a beginner don't buy the smaller ones. The temperature and timer control is easy but I would recommend getting used to using a bigger OTG before using a smaller one. Lifelong products are generally good, so, go for it if you need one.P. S. : It only comes with an aluminium tray, so you'll have to buy more accessories/utensils by yourself.

This is a perfect oven for beginners and for those who have compact kitchens with very little counter-top space. This met both of my needs, and additionally, did a nifty job of being an oven that works. I managed to bake a cake, no mean feat for me, even though I used besan instead of all-purpose flour because I really am that blind about basic cooking. The cake came out great and I thank the oven for it. The oven accepted my thanks and cooled down faster than I anticipated.I've used it for roasting veggies and well, it does roast them. I can't think of any other activities that I might engage the oven for, but so far, we've got along. We're "gelling" as people say. If it talks back someday, I will edit this review accordingly.
