MonstrumTriton Scope Throw Lever

Really good product and a price that isn't ridiculous for what it is. Tricky installing, I put this on a vortex crossfire II 30mm tube. So, you need to remove screw from lever and stretch it apart to clear reticle illumination turret. I was a bit nervous to do so, but accomplished the goal. Squeeze it back together and reinstall screw and tighten. Works great and does not slide from magnification ring.

Edit!!!! Monstrum reached out to me to help troubleshoot the issue of the throw lever attachment screw not reaching and the fitment. After trying to figure out the issue, they went ahead and sent me a TT44 and that fit perfect. So I will go ahead and rate this product 5 stars. Their customer service is great and the product does as advertised and couldn’t ask for more.Just purchased the TT43-A 43MM WITH NOTCH for a monstrum banshee 1-10x24 LPVO. I was disappointed to find out as many had mentioned the throw will not meet together with the screw as it is too short. I did not heed the warnings as I figured this being a monstrum product and applying this on one of their own optics they claim it fits, I wouldn’t have had any issues, but their is indeed QC issues. Second, the throw notch seems too big in comparison to the throw lever notch of that found on the monsterum banshee. Couldn’t the throw notch been sized more appropriately? I understand your trying to make a product that suits many products, but couldn’t it have focused on many of the that were of like optics with similar throw levers? Or maybe an adapter fill the excess space? On the bright side, it is priced well and does feel well made and durable for those who it does work for, just take caution that this product may or may not fit.

I was a little weary of purchasing another Monstrum product, after the 30mm rings I got from them last time turned out quite subpar. But I needed a cheap, and metal, throw ring for my Crossfire II. I am , happy with this product. You have to expand it with your fingers against its spring pressure to fit over eyepiece tube, but it fits on the zoom ring just fine, and locks in place solidly. It is a lot better than those 3d printed ones at the same price (or more.)Excellent product for $17

Original review 5/19/2024:I ordered this in a bundle deal with the G3 3-18×50. All of the the sizing images say this is the proper fitment, but after sliding it over the scope there is a 1/4" gap between the two sides. The screw is nowhere near long enough to reach the threads with a full 1/16" left before making contact. Forget even trying to put the anti scratch pads on. It would have been a 1/2" gap.I reached out to Monstrum Friday to no avail. I'll reach out again Monday, but returning it will mean an hour drive from home to the nearest shipper. Many other reviews mentioned it not fitting properly and you'd think in a bundle deal they'd have that sorted out.Seems like a quality piece and it was an amazing deal in the bundle.Even though it wasn't screwed together I was able to adjust my zoom using it. Seems like a great set-up if it would've fit.I love the G3 so far, surprisingly pleased with it for the price point. Monstrum definitely seems like a quality product at a fraction of the prices of others.Hopefully I'll be able to get in touch with them and get one that I can actually use.I'll update later as needed.Edit 5/21/2024:I reached out to Monstrum again and explained the issue, and they are shipping me a new 44mm throw lever free of charge and when I asked about returning the 43mm they said don't worry about it. Top notch customer service, very polite and understanding.1 star for fitment issues, 5 stars for customer service. Averages out to 3 stars.Will update again once new lever arrives.5/22/2024:New lever was in the mailbox upon getting home today. Slapped it on the scope and it fits good this time. See pictures. Great job Monstrum, excellent customer service and product. Way to turn a 1 star review into a 5 star.

Nice machined aluminum finish, deburred edges which is nice, fit perfectly. It has to slide on so just remove the screw completely, use a wood #2 pencil as a wedge the spread the ring apart temporarily, slide it past the eyepiece while the pencil holds it open. No need to permanently bend it apart and risk snapping it.

The Monstrum Triton Scope Throw Lever (44mm, notched) fits my Monstrum Banshee 2X10 zoom perfectly! Easily installed, works as it should. I STRONGLYrecommend the Monstrum Triton Scope Throw Lever for your Monstrum scope!

Although this product is fairly clear on the scope tube size it is intended for, what it lacks is in the fact that most scopes are not perfectly that size throughout the whole scope. Specifically, when trying to install this throw lever on a Vortex Crossfire ll 3-9x40, the ocular lens (which the throw lever needs top slide over initially) is a larger diameter than the zoom adjustment switch. Since the product specifically states that it is meant to fit this specific scope, I tried several times to make it work, only to end up with a scratched ocular lens and a broken-in-half brand new throw lever.This throw lever could be a a good bang for your buck, just make sure that you do NOT follow the product's recommended fit chart to a T, because for any scope with a larger ocular lens in diameter than adjustment switch, this product will not work. Instead, I ended up getting the Monstrum TL42-B, and it was significantly easier to install and I was never concerned with scratches or the throw lever breaking.***UPDATE***Although my opinion of this product hasn't really changed. Monstrum/Amazon customer service has since gone above and out of their way to make things right. 10/10 customer service

Well machined, fits a variety of scope and for the money, you just can't beat it. It's less than half the cost of other bigger brands and performs exactly the same duty. More money for ammo and range time means I'm a happy user.
