I have been following Chris Kresser for more than a decade and I believe his in his philosophy and trust his recommendations. These are some of the best configured multivitamins I have seen. They include unique ingredients not normally seen in a common multivitamin. They cover a plethora of nutritional needs and have substantial amounts... enough to make a difference. You need to take 2 in AM and 2 in PM. That shows how they have substantial amounts. I can't image coming up with all these balanced amounts on my own. I'm so glad Chris started a vitamin company.

Many vitamins to choose but I trust this brand to be high quality

Received my bottle of 120 capsules yesterday. Upon reading the fine print I realized that one daily serving is four capsules which amounts to $61.50 for one months supply. So for those of you who have not read the fine print here it is. That’s a bit steep for my budget. I have decided not to return this and will take it for the month. If I start to feel like it has made a positive difference in my overall health I’ll revise this review and give it a better rating but for price along this is more than what I am willing to pay per month.

Knesset has done his research and this supplement is great

I’m usually not a fan of multivitamins because they rarely ensure that all of the right forms of each ingredient are included in all of the right amounts. Adapt has knocked it out of the park with this product. Not only do they have all the right vitamin forms and amounts, but also they include minerals as well as phytonutrients. It’s like taking a multi, minerals, greens and reds product all in one!

I have been following Chris Kresser for many years as a cutting edge nutritionist and his advice has literally changed my life for the better. When he began to develop this series of supplements, I was very pleased, and again, I find them to be nothing but very high-quality. I see a real change in my joints, skin, hair and vitality. I have been taking his whole course of supplements that really covers all the bases essential for good health.

Love that I can take ONE product to replace 3 that I used to have! A multi, teds & greens all in one is amazing. Also the amounts of everything inside is just what we are missing and need!

Unfortunatly I think the concentration/absorption of vitamins was too much for me. It brought on jitters and anxiety. While I think this is a nice product for some people, just not right for me. On a positive note I’ve never been an anxious person and this gave me a new perspective to better understand people who do have these feelings on a regular basis.
