Philips 6418 Ultinon LED Bulb (White), 1 Pack

Seems like a good quality bulb. I'm a fan of the casing around the diode. Hopefully it'll last. You WILL need to code out hot/cold bulb checks to use these bulbs or you will get flashing and bulb out errors. Also to note: these are wider than the stock bulbs. With the E90 housing it's not a big deal, there's room to stretch it out. If you have a housing that has no flexibility I would not recommend this bulb. I forgot to take picture of the bulb installed in the housing, but I would say it is an 1/8th inch wider than stock. Here is a picture of the stock one for reference

Much brighter than my old bulbs that went out. Great fit for my Smart fortwo 2014 pure license plate lights. Just pop out the housing, put these in, and put the housing back in. If the bulbs don't light up, then reverse them as they may be in the wrong configuration. Smart on!

Bulbs are nice and bright. However, keep in mind that these are non CAN Bus lights. That means, if you use them as license plate lights (like I did) your car might read the light as "out" because it can't communicate back to the computer. As a result, the computer thinks it is burned out and gave me a "BULB OUT" warning. I've since replaced the LED bulb with a CAN Bus LED Bulb. Just keep that in mind if you have a similar application. The lightbulbs themselves worked well and were very bright/clear

I had ordered this to install as vanity lights in my Honda Accord 2018. Amazon product description said “This item fits in Honda Accord 2018” but it didn’t fit. It was too big. Had to return the lights. Bad experience.

These LED bulbs fit like they should, fairly bright in comparison to the original incandescent bulbs, the 6000k color looks great and I won't be able to comment on longevity because I just installed them.

These were great upgrades to the stock bulbs. The only thing on my Volvo and perhaps other cars is it mattered which end of the bulb was negative or positive. If it doesn't work first pass try flipping the bulb around.

I have a set of these same bulbs in another car that I replaced about six years ago and they're still going strong. When it comes to aftermarket LED bulbs to replace old incandescent bulbs, stick with Philips brand to ensure quality. They fit and perform just like the originals. I used them to replace license plate bulbs and out of the box these are insanely bright, too bright for illuminating the license plate in fact. However, you can easily rotate them up inside the reflector to adjust the brightness.
