Excellent customer service
We had some issues at the beginning with parts and assembly, but Coco was wonderful! She went above and beyond making sure we had what we needed to get the bike assembled. Would highly recommend!

Seat adjustment is not easy
Like everything except seat is very hard to lock. Sometimes it slides down.

VERY difficult to exercise both legs and arms at same time.
The bike part works well but the overall design has a major flaw. The arm exerciser's positioning is not adjustable so unless you are exactly the right height (rather short) you can't reach the arm exerciser with the seat positioned for biking.UPDATE: Harison treated me very well and provided a partial refund for the defective arm exerciser. I still do not advise buying this particular machine. Note: as of right now not on Amazon. The bike works great and the company seems to care about issues with its products.

Great Bike!
I am very pleased with the recumbent bike. It took a few hours to assemble, but the instructions were good. My husband and I put it together which is a miracle as neither one of us are especially good at this sort of thing. We were missing a part, and I contact them. They replied immediately, asked for information which I sent, and they ordered the parts. The parts actually came in about two weeks. I am very pleased with this small company. They were kind, considerate, and kept their word! A rarity in this day and age. I would highly recommend this recumbent bike to anyone. The quality is good! Excellent customer service.
