EsbaybulbsLED Recessed Lighting, 4 Inch 10W RGB Recessed Light Color Changing w/Remote Control LED Ceiling Panel Light 10 Pack

I bought a 10 pack and a 4 pack to use as down lighting along the coves of my recently remodeled tongue and groove knotty pine unheated Pool House. I used 6 per side with 2 spares, Each bank of 6 switched with a standard wall switch (parallel circuit... do not run in series!!). These lights are awesome, colorful, versatile and a ton of fun giving festive lighting to the outdoor pool area. Many positive comments from my neighbors and my AirBnB guests using the area. Installed in the Spring and used all Summer.. I don't think our below zero Buffalo winters should affect these LEDs but I will update if they do. My caveat comment is that those folks using a commercial electrician might run into installation refusals. They were really easy (but time consuming) for me to install... ( I also did all the electric for my 3 floor home so somewhat experienced). The issue is that the wires to and from the LED driver box (about the size of a 1/2 stick of butter..lol) are SUPER thin... think of dealing with headphone wires and trying to "wire nut" to standard #12 house wire. I also taped all my connections. But if you are careful and use best electric practice for the circumstance... the result is really beautiful and pleasing. I used a hole saw to cut the tongue & groove pine planking and the lights just drop in and spring tight. I will also mention that I got 10+4=14 remotes pack with my order. I use only one (1) of the remotes to control them all... individually or in groups.. thru all the colors, fading and dimming options. These appear to be a huge energy efficient bang for the buck.. hope they hold for the long run. When I use the main wall switch the lights turn on to the last configuration.. I really like that feature, as sometimes I set the lights to all "white" for normal work room activity (not super bright but good enough for my app). I was skeptical ... but when I turned the power back on after install... was totally pleased...

Bought 14 of these lights for my sun room on Jun 7th 5 of them were replacements in under a month those 5 replacements have been used 5 lights have just randomly stopped working....the lights are nice and I love them but they seem to be low quality and keep dying on me.....I have contacted Amazon and gotten the sellers info and hopefully they can help me out. Will update review based on customer service received.Update: customer service has been great, they have shipped 5 new lights to me which I am awaiting, their reply time was quick and even after i missed the first contact attempt they tried to contact me again and got the situation resolved as far as replacements. I truly like the lights they look great i do hope the nee batch is good. I will update one more time once i receive the lights

Ok product...not much light...cheaply made...but one only lasted a week...and i have them all over my house....9 work great 1 doesnt...contacting for a refund.update: contacted twice and no response... do NOT Buy...update 1 year later 2 more broke....complete crap don't buyUpdate: seller finally got back to me and resolved everything with the faulty bulb...other 9 still working fineLast update: after writing my first review... Of 1 star, the seller finally contacted me and gave me the refund that I had requested. Then I changed my review from one star to 3 stars and they were happy ... now I've received three emails since begging me to increase my star rating..down to a two star.... please leave me alone or I'll drop it to a one star!

Being an Electrician I have come across new inexpensive things that can Sometimes surprise you...but not this time.I bought these knowing I was taking a chance, and getting ten for the cost of an actual good Recessed LED light, I figured it was worth a try.Not reliable by any means...soon a few started flickering and the white light selection in two others stopped working. I soon replaced them all with the dependable name brand fixtures.

Right out of the box one of them flickered badly, reached out to the company with no response and only option through amazon was to return all 10, 9 of them were already installed. Now over half of them flicker and have to be replaced. After a few months of very light use.Lights were very dim and ended up having to add far more lights the originally planned.

Price is right however ,the colors red, blue and green are great. If you're looking for white lights do not buy. I was able to utilize a low voltage cable because the lights only use 5 watts. Also I placed them in my soffit. They are not rated for outdoor use however they are sealed.

We put them into recessed lighting under our porch to act as downlights on our stone work. Throughout the year we change colors to fit the season....

This product don't have any north American standard safety certification. It's not certifide for Canada.For example certification - UL , CUL , ETL. CSA ......

I installed one right away as soon as I received them and was pleased with the brightness and the colours. Installing is as easy as any other similar lights. Next I installed another one and that's where I discovered that the product didn't met my expectations. First, the remote is infrared which means that you need to point it towards each lights individually to control them which is, less than ideal when you have 12 of them... Second, the wires are, really thin (I think AWG 18) so coupling it with AWG 14 wires (thick ones) is less than ideal and could even break some rules of the residential wiring code. I didn't bother checking the actual code as the first problem let me decided to return them. Support was helpful and make it easy.So bottom line, buy this product but be aware of its limit and that it might not respect the Canadian wiring code.

Okay, so the lights are easy to install. They are quite a bit cheaper then ones you would buy from an electrical wholesaler or ones with a CSA rating. The higher quality ones usually come with a junction box connected for you to make your electrical connections in. These ones just come with two wires and your left to deal with it that’s fine but by Canadian electrical code all electrical connections must be in a box so you have to figure that out.I ordered a 10 pack and a few of the lights wouldn’t change colour and one flickered on the white setting.The seller gave me a full refund so I can buy another pack, exceptional customer service and I will be buying again, if your fine not having a csa eating these are a great deal with amazing customer service.

The product was not very good and not ESA Approved for Canada the transformer box fell apart in my hand when I opened package not very well built.Also you can see the LED RGB Colours through the lens when it "try's" to make other colours.very disappointed with the service and product!

I agree with the one comment about the thin gauge wire. But they seem to be good quality and they look great.Edit 04/20 In the past month I have 4 of these lights start to flicker fast like a strobe light.Edit 04/23 now a couple do not work with the white colour
