I purchased this spotlight to replace a standard bulb base and to add brightness / coverage. So far so good! The spotlight is bright and provided a great solution for my needs. Appears to be well-made. I hope it lasts….. time will tell.

Very solid unit that outputs a lot of light. The dimming works great, and I'm particularly happy with the ability to choose color temperatures from very warm evening tones to daylight. I'm using it for landscape, so the warm tones are my preference, but the switch that controls the 3 possible color temps is fully accessible even after being installed, so changes can be made any time.

This flood light has a surprising feature to it allowing for 3 different kelvin choices. You can choose to use 3000k, 4000k, or 5000k LED's. When I chose 3000k I'm not even using all the LED's due to my selection and this thing is surprisingly bright! Now this light also has the ability to have a very good range in dimming down low. I would have to get a proper 0-10V dimming switch to enjoy that feature and it claims to vary the output from 5-100%, I could really enjoy that so might go that route eventually. The quality of the build seems pretty good and I'm sure the housings are aluminum. The switch selector is under a screw down plug with an o-ring seal. The main connection points fits outdoor flood light housings perfectly. This light really has some great features and I'm pretty excited about it. If you want a very bright outdoor light, or kelvin selection on your flood lights, or nice dimming capabilities, this is gonna be the light for you. Great product!

Purchased and installed in Feb 2024. Two out of six stopped working Aug 2024. Not an easy task changing these out and expected much longer life. I have submitted a ticket with company. Will see what they do. I will come back to update. Note: Lights look very nice and no complaints there.

Wow!I had tried a few other outdoor spotlights, but almost all of those were the 12 V variety, so they really didn’t put out enough light for my large statue. The base of the statue would be illuminated, but the light would fade as it worked its way up to the head of the statue, so that the head was barely illuminated.Not so with this 120 V light. The light is bright and strong, and it easily illuminates the entire statue. The advertised 3500 lm is accurate.In the past, I’d also tried using those staked outdoor fixtures that you put a PAR floodlight bulb into, but when we’d get heavy rains, the GFCI would keep tripping. The fixture was supposed to be waterproof, but after using several of this type, I concluded that they definitely are not waterproof for very long.Now, using this LED outdoor spotlight, I have no more problems with the GFCI tripping. The light appears to be watertight, and it stays on in the rain.We have a flower garden at the base of the statue, so in order to elevate the light a bit above the flowers, I mounted it onto a ground stake that’s made for mounting landscape lights - it just screws onto it.The bronze colored aluminum body of the light blends in well with landscaping so it isn’t very visible.You’ll need some basic understanding of wiring to install this light, but it’s very simple - black (hot) wire to black, white (neutral) wire to white, green (ground) wire to green. I didn’t use the two wires for dimming.

This is one of the easiest lights to install, it comes pre-wired with pre-stripped and tinned leads, there is no bulb to add or replace, and the color temperature selection can be done right on the light itself. Just get a box cover with a 1/2" hole and thread this through, then attach to your junction box. I got the Greenfield C1RBRS Weatherproof Cover in Bronze and it matches perfectly.This light is super bright but not harsh. Even though it does not have any diffuser, the light is soft and evenly spread. There's a screw fitting that looks like a knockout plug covering the temperature selection switch. This is a welcome approach compared to placing the switch in a junction box like many other lights. It's easily accessible if you ever want to change the color.The warm 3000k setting looks great at night with other landscape lighting. The 5000k setting may be good for a security light, it's not as pleasant on the eyes.The light does run hot to the touch after it's been on for a couple of hours. It could probably use a larger aluminum body to act as a heatsink, or at least more fins. The manufacturer seems to think this won't be an issue as they are offering a 5 year warranty. Time will tell how well it holds up.

This light is at least as bright as the 150W halogen it replaced. It is well built with an all metal housing that screwed right into the standard housing of the halogen light it replace. The adjustment switch for light temperature is easy to access and adjust. The light uses different LEDs for different light temperatures. When set to 3k, an inner and outer ring of LEDs is lit; when set to 5k, the middle ring of LEDs is lit; and when set to 4k, all LEDs are lit. I assume having them all lit is brightest so I left it at 4k.I recommend this light to replace aging fixtures.

This light has a premium price, but you get a quality built product. Constructed for true wet location operation. Light is really bright and ability to choose light color temp is a great feature not seen in most models. Gave this light five stars, even though it deserves ten. I definitely recommend for outdoor use around your home.
