Spare re-chargeable batteries don’t work.
The cars work but two of the rechargeable batteries and one of the chargers don’t. Would it be possible to get a replacement for those items? Thanks!

Speedy Little Car That's A Lot Of Fun To Use, Though The Presentation Isn't Great
The media could not be loaded. This is a remote control car that’s designed for both on land/indoor surfaces and water, which is pretty awesome. It comes boxed with the car itself, a handheld controller, a wrist controller, a spare battery, USB charger cable, mini screwdriver and user guide. You’ll need 2x AA batteries for the handheld controller and a USB plug or extension lead with USB port to charge the car battery. If using the wrist/hand strap controller, you’ll need another two batteries for that.… Condition On Arrival …When I first received this, the single piece of sticky tape on the box was yellowed and twisted so I knew the box had been opened before. Inside, bits and pieces were shoved in, no plastic wrappers and it was all filthy. Dirt or grime on things, pen marks on the controller label, what look like marks or wear on the controller. Clearly this appeared to have been used before but it wasn’t just an open box one either, it was dirty and missing the battery with USB cable too. I wrote to the brand and they apologised, kindly offering a replacement, so brand contact and support has been good. Strangely, the replacement came with everything needed this time but it was still packed strangely and things were a bit dirty. I don’t think I could have been unlucky to have a used product twice so I imagine the condition generally isn’t great. I think I’d just expect at least things to be very clean and new from a product like this so I think that’s a bit disappointing personally.… Setting Up …As for the car itself, that’s a much more positive part to cover! Firstly, you need to set it up. With the handheld controller, you need two AA batteries (both face the same way, rather than opposite ends as usual). I did struggle a little with the controller, because while it was easy to get the battery cover off, it wasn’t as easy to get it back on again. It doesn’t clip into place so you have to force it a bit and hold it firmly down while putting the screws back in.On to the car, you need to unscrew the battery compartment on the underside to sort out the battery, which you do in the first instance and any time you need to recharge the battery. It’s a bit of a faff that you can’t recharge directly from the car, but I imagine this is so that all elements can be kept inside and waterproof. Clip the end of the cable that’s attached to the battery into the USB cable, then connect that to your power source. An LED light shows it’s charging and when it’s finished. Then plug it back into the car, do up the cover, which is easier than the controller cover, and you’re good to go. There’s a simple button to press on the controller and on top of the car to get both turned on.… The Car In Action …I’m a sucker for funky things and I love the lights on this little guy. There are lights around the top of the car and this makes it both very cool and helps if using it at night. You get lights by the side of the wheels but it’s not like the product page images suggest as the whole wheels don’t light up. The car generally is quite rugged but not bulky and doesn’t take up much space as it’s pretty compact. I find this to be a really good thing for using it in more confined areas or for storing when not in use.I like the design of the car, which can work the right way around or upside down. The car can flip over and simply keep going, which is amazing. The wheels are chunky and modern-looking with the rim of green and blue-ish translucent plastic. They’re also pretty rugged and I’ve had no problem when they’ve banged into things going around the patio or in the kitchen. The green rubber rim both helps to provide grip on smooth floors and is also helpful as a bit of a buffer to prevent damaging things it bumps into. The handheld controller takes some getting used to, but the car drives well when you get the knack of it. The only downside for me is that the two main knobs or analogue sticks aren’t always as responsive as they should be. They don’t move hugely freely but they helps stop unwanted movement, the issue I’ve found is odd times they don’t work as they should. It’s not a huge deal, but it’s a little disappointing when the car itself is so good. I’ve not done much with the wrist controller yet as that also takes some getting used to but I’m looking forward to trying it out more. It’s nice to have options, though I think the handheld controller gives a bit more control over specific movement. I imagine the wrist strap would be particularly useful if you’re in a pool and using the car. This little bad boy is fast. It’s nippy around the surfaces I’ve used it on, including carpet, tile kitchen floor and outside patio. It has also worked on the flatter parts of the grass in the garden but more slowly. Any time it gets a bit stuck, a little wiggle to the side helps it to get going again. I’ve not tried it in water (yet) as we don’t have a pool but I imagine that’d be good fun if you do have a body of water to take it out on. You can change speed, I think with the ‘shift gear’ button, but mine doesn’t seem to do anything. I’ll have to have another look at that but I’m impressed with the speed, so it’d be even better if you could slow it down to get more precision from it.There’s also an “automatic presentation” button. Press that and the car goes nuts, spinning and turning and showing off what it can do.… Overall …This remote control car is pretty awesome in action. It looks good, it’s speedy, it’s practical for different surfaces and it does some cool movements. The downsides are mostly the initial presentation of the kit and the handheld controller not being as smooth and responsive as it could be. I’d still say it’s a great little car and worth the money at £24.99.

Dog resistant and very durable!
Bought for my brother to take to the dog park. ALL the dogs love it! You can hit the demo button and turn it loose then sit back and watch the dogs run! Even the big rots, pits, mastiffs, etc have not destroyed it! They’ll grab it, toss it, throw it in the mud or wading pool and that little remote control toy just keeps on going. Having a 2nd battery is great, too! I’m sure many of the other pet parents have it on their wish list. Well designed and built! When it finally dies we will be ordering another!
