Only 9W, but as bright as day! Our local mains supply voltage can be rather high at times (253V or more), which has a detrimental effect on light fittings. Using them for over a month now and seem to be working still ok under these conditions.Update (October 2018): After two years of constant use as a hallway light, the first unit failed, by staying dark. Overall, despite the cost of these, two years is not too bad considering other LED lights gave up much earlier.- Nothing to do with the review, just mentioning it, I asked my energy supplier about the high voltage coming into the house, they did take it seriously and send an engineer around to investigate, but was told nothing can be done, as the voltage is still within their tolerance range...

Although energy rating says A+ in the product headline, do not be surprised when the packaging says F as EU energy ratings have changed.

Purchased these bulbs as I have updated my table lamps in the house so need several bulbs. First thing I noticed is that each bulb is packed in its only little bulb shaped packaging and then within the box which has a divider - ensuring you receive bulbs in tact and not broken.Though most of my lamps recommended 12w I purchased 9w as i wanted a cosy light. However these bulbs are VERY VERY BRIGHT, so much so I had to double check the wattage just to be sure I purchased 9w. It is far too bright for my lounge and for bedrooms. I don't know over time if the bulb will settle down a bit like another brand i have . Maybe as the days get darker they will be more suited. But all in a good bulb and good quality packaging from a well known brand - maybe go down in wattage

Genuine Philip’s light bulbs the last that I need all my bulb’s are now energy efficient. Happy I am doing good for my green footprint.

These are the best LED bulbs I have ever seen. Not only do they look good while they are lit, they also look good when unlit. I use them in traditional ceiling mounted hanging fittings and they are perfect for this purpose. Not too bright and not too dull. The give off the right colour light too, you wouldn't know they are not incandescent.

Only bought one bulb. Not sure about the longevity, it has not been working long enough to make a decision. Seems to be a good item.

I bought these LED bulbs to replace dimmable LED bulbs that made too much buzzing even on maximum power. I keep these ones on the maximum as well because I know they are NOT dimmable. The buzzing is less audible but it is still there a bit. I think the dimmers are to blame, that is why I give the LED bulbs 5 stars.
