This is the first cream blush I’ve used in years. After mulling over the shades available, I chose La Vie en Rose and I’m happy to report, I’m thrilled with my choice. I have a difficult time choosing blush shades. I’m half Japanese and half Greek. Most MUAs immediately want to apply warm tones to my face. However, I’ve found that I do very well with cool (and neutral based) shades. One of my favorites is Nars orgasm Bush, which combines peach and pink tones. Some of the foundation colors I veer towards are Nars Santa Fe and Wet n Wild Classic Blush. I’m also Med-Light with Neutral undertones.Don’t let the bright pigment of this blush fool you. When I first saw this I thought, “Aw he!l no, this is TOO bright!” but I soon discovered I could control how sheer or deep I wanted this to look. At age 58, I also took into consideration cream blushes are supposed to be best for “mature skin.” This applied easily and quickly. It’s not greasy or oily feeling - a true lightweight cream blush that feels wonderful on my skin. I applied this over my primer/foundation. On top I lightly dusted with Colorscience’s Brush-On Sunscreen Mineral Powder (spf 50). I checked in after 7 hours and my cheeks looked amazing. So this definitely has great lasting power.I feel this is priced fairly for a higher end cosmetic, especially when factoring in its great longevity. A little of this goes LONG way. I don’t see hitting pan for quite a while. I’ve also tried a lipstick by LE MÉTIER DE BEAUTÉ, which I love. So not only do I highly recommend this cream blush but also this brand. Fortunately they have an Amazon store, which makes shopping this brand so much more convenient.

I ordered the Le Metier De Beaute Creme Fresh Tint...I got the shade La Vie En Rose which is a very pretty bubblegum pink. The formula appeared to be a powder from first glance, but it is a very smooth and creamy formula that has a sheer glow. The shade can be built up but does offer some forgiveness during application. I was on my third or fourth layer before it got to be "too much." If you apply the tint by sheering it out across chosen cheek area, and then focus a second layer in the center of your cheeks, there seems to be a lit from within glow. After you complete your look, the tint becomes feathery soft and does not wipe away. It's beautiful! My only con is the packaging. The packaging is that slick black material that every brand has tried at one time or another, with silver letters stamping the name of the brand on the lid. The lid, by the way screws off the mini jar...and I know where mine will end up.......LOST! And there is no mirror. The one thing I do like about the packaging, just in case Metier is listening, all of the writing is legible, even without my readers! Yes!!! Beautiful product that performs nicely (so far) and so-so packaging is 4 stars. However, I definitely recommend. Wellllll, let me say there are several shades to choose from, but they all look very similar to me, without any really deeper shades for anyone darker than me. I do like the one I chose, but it's probably the only one I can choose. So, if you are looking for a brand with multiple shades to choose from, this is probably not that. However, if you are looking for a beautiful formula and don't mind that you will probably only choose one or two shades, this is a great creme tint to try. Maybe Metier will consider adding some more shades to include skin tones on the deeper side of the spectrum AND to include other shades that will inspire some creativity in our makeup looks. This Le Metier de Beaute Creme Fresh Tint For Cheek and Lip (La Vie En Rose) is the most perfect blush. It is creamy and blends so well into my skin. The color looks bright in the pot, but it actually is a buildable color which gives the most natural looking glow. I apply this in the morning and it is still looking fresh at the end of my day. I also like that it is a multi tasking product and doubles as a lip color. I like to apply it and top with a lip balm for a more sheer wash of color. Excellent product.

I'm extremely pale. For perspective, the lightest shade foundations available in most brands are the same color or slightly darker than my skin believe it or not. I tried dressing up this year and had to use baby powder and it still didn't make me look like a ghost.That being said, when I do wear makeup I enjoy having a pretty noticeable rose colored blush. I used my finger to apply just a dab to the apple of my cheeks and then blended out to the side. It blended well and then stayed as long as my other cream blushes. I do have dry skin. It was noticeable and enough pigment for my skin.I also applied just a dab to my lips. I actually liked it on my lips. It was a medium level of glossiness on my lips. It didn't cause my lips to stick together like some others do but I also applied it very sparingly as this is a small blush compact.I do like this but due to the size of the product and therefore the value, I probably would not repurchase but I am also not an everyday makeup wearer.

this rose color blush is great quality,blends well ,stays for long time,i can use on cheeks and on lips too.absloutly lovly blush,this is a multifunctional product.i use fingertips to use on my face,long wearing and feels so natural.

I ordered the Le Metier de Beaute Creme Fresh Tint in the shade La Vie En Rose. I have no interest in using this product on my lips, it's not a shade I would wear as a lip color. I used it as a blush only and applied a small amount with my fingertips and blended it out with a damp beauty sponge. I think a brush may be the way to go, as it was a little more challenging to blend nicely with the sponge. This product is SUPER pigmented and you really only need a very small amount to provide a nice flush to your cheeks. I find it to be a bit overpriced for the small amount you get. But overall, it's a nice color that lasts.
