Great book on the subject , simple to follow 👍
A great book if you are thinking of building , modifying a campervan etc 👍 Very straight forward , gives you the gist of things , not technical or in depth but I'd say a good read for a starting point or overview on the project ......

A good book to dip into
I had the first edition and found it fantastic, we constantly dipped into it when converting our van. Years later we are now the proud owners of a second hand campervan. As it is quite a few years newer than anything else we have owned I got the new book, it has proved invaluable in fixing all those little problems that the previous owner had left.A good book to have around for any owner of a campervan/motorhome or if you want to build your own.

Basic, outdated version.
I've begun to have a slight interest in doing a van conversion, and I thought I'd buy this cheapie... It looks so outdated, with pictures from the 90's... Don't get me wrong, it's helpful in some ways, but I think I'll buy a more up to date one soon.

D.I.Y and save a pot of money ....
Bought this as a gift for my brother-in-law and according to him, it's absolutely great - full of fascinating information and ideas. Given the cost of new Motorcaravans, the D.I.Y. route is worth considering. I've converted a couple vans, but in the way distant past. This book has the latest info. Highly recommended.

A insight into the world of motor homing
This is a general overview of the motor homes that can be built. It's not the hands on nut and bolt type of book that you'd expect from Haynes manuals. In all though it has more helpful articles to help you through your build.

Basic but high quality inforrmation
jAuthor John Wickersham did an exceptional amount of work in putting this book together. The pictures are supreme and very helpful. The list of contact addresses is very complete. John's way of writing is so easy for amateurs and beginners to understand. I could go on and on how much I was impressed with this man's work..

Too old to be useful.
Useful but very old content and imagery, much of which is irrelevant today. Shame as I like the structure and would think an updated version would really be helpful!
