I think so. They are sweetened with sugar alcohol, so if that doesn’t agree with your system, you may not want. But they taste great!!!

Just had this gummy candy and gotta say they taste delicious for being healthy candy. Less calories, low in carbs and taste great which is a big plus compared to others. My family has other types of “healthy gummy candy” and they taste awful. I had the peach and ordering watermelon and raspberry next! Hope this helps.
