This is a great product for cleaning and sanitizing your commercial soft serve ice cream machines. Super fast shipping !!! From the time I ordered it until the time it was delivered was less than 24 hours. My only complaint is pricing. I usually buy from another company, However, they were out of stock.

I clean my pasteurizer with this product and it is incredibly good at its job. A very small amount goes along way and removes all milk residue.
