Q: How do you keep these fresh after opening?? Mine are rock hard

Hi Jamie Thank you for contacting us. We generally advise to keep out of direct light and any source of warmth / heat (i.e. a cool dry place). So sorry to hear that your product has gone hard. Q: Can these be frozen? I'd only be eating one a week during a long run, so would like to store them for as long as possible.

It doesn’t say on the packaging about freezing. I keep them in an airtight container between runs, as I only use 1 a week, and they seem fine.

Q: Does the coffee flavour contain caffeine?

The coffee is a non roasted product. As such it only contains traces of caffeine. Its a subtle flavour.
