Husband in Pursuit: 31 Daily Challenges for Loving Your Wife Well Paperback – September 5, 2017

I was thankful to work through this at the same time as a good friend. We both felt that the book had a good, readable tone, practical ideas for thoughtfully connecting Scripture to our marriage. I would recommend it to any couple, but maybe more to one that’s been married for more than five years, since it helps to bring focus back in. I’ve been married twenty years, much of it I was already doing, but not all.

Great book for a husband

This has been an excellent resource and encouragement to my wife and I. I love the style of writing that Ryan and Selena put together. They have what seems to be a natural ability to tell good stories, make them relatable and open up your eyes in new ways to what the scripture is saying. They are unapologetic and so intentional about seeing your marriage be fruitful and God glorifying, you will not regret this purchase. I have already gone through it with my wife and bought a second copy for a friend a church. It’s that good. Make sure to buy the pair!

So the book is amazing and the pursuit programs are alot of fun, but if your marriage is one sided it could be hard too even execute on the pursuits because they dont even care. The purpose of the book is more to get you closer to God and through that be a better spouse, so even if your spouse hates you, there is still a benefit to the book. Just note that this book if done by both partners can expose just how little your spouse cares for you and can backfire pretty fast, so theres that.

My husband and I decided to read the Husband in Pursuit and Wife in Pursuit books. It was one of the best decisions we've made as a couple. The challenges are great and really make you think about the other person, and work towards building a stronger marriage. I highly recommend these books to any couple looking for a solid Christian marriage enrichment book.

I don't think one book is worth the 19.99 price. These should be sold as a set for 19.99. We're still reading through them together, but from what I can tell so far they are writen to be read together. The devotionals for male and female line up.

My wife and I have gone through a good 10 days of this, and these are great devotionals! They help you to be intentional about your relationship with each other, and I think that is needed, whether you've been married for one year, or 20. We have been married for 13 years, and we both are finding these very valuable!
