Great quality dresser!
The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this dresser for a few years now and I still love it so much. It was a great purchase and has held up well even through a long distance move. It was easy to assemble but getting the drawers right was a bit tricky. You have to have the right one in the right space. I love the detailing of the diamond shapes. It is quite heavy but because it is good quality. The drawers are also very large giving lots of room for storage!

Great quality and looks amazing!
Follow the instruction and you should have no issues. I saw some people complain about things being loose because they didn't tighten the screws completely. Obviously if you don't screw things in all the way it will be loose. The instructions specifically state how to, how much, and even when to tighten everything. It does take a bit of time to put together but well worth it. Great quality and no missing pieces, but rather some extra screws. Drawers slide smoothly and are quite big. I used a screwdriver and hammer, but definitely helpful if you have a drill, as it can be tiring to screw manually after a while. It is a bit heavy when you put it all together so if you don't have a helping hand, put it together close to the location you want to put it. I like that the screws in the instruction packet match the in-person size so you can tell each one apart as you go.

I like it.
At first I was frustrated with this dresser but once I I got it figured out, I got it installed and it looks great in my room. The drawers are a little bit of a hassle and the safety lock but once you figure it out it’s fine. I like it. Be careful not to scratch it when assembling. It’s sturdy enough. For the price I wish it was a little more durable/better material but it works.

Big, solid, beautiful
This is a terrific piece - I searched high and low for a reasonably priced dresser that was sturdy, had large drawers, and was aesthetically interesting...and this Harvey Park dresser delivered on all fronts! It seemed fairly easy to put together (full disclosure: I did not participate in that part but I didn't hear too much crashing and swearing, so) and the drawers slide out easily without seeming rickety or like the front face is going to rip off in your hand like many other MDF pieces. The white boxy frame blends with the IKEA pieces I have in the same room while the beautiful drawer design gives a great pop and makes things not so blah (blah being an unfortunate key component of Swedish furniture, IMO). I loaded it full of bulky sweatshirts/sweatpants and had plenty of room for everything - being able to fit more than two clothing items stacked is a huge plus in my book and exactly what I had hoped for. Bought the matching 4-drawer chest as well, also a great piece and value item. Very happy with this purchase!

Please read - I didn't listen to the other reviews enough!
So this is a gorgeous dresser - how much it works, however, is a crap shoot. I did read in the reviews before my purchase that some folks had trouble with the drawers fitting, and others that they don't slide very well. They are side specific and top specific so you have to make sure that you observe which drawer front you are building. The thing is - however - that once I got them together and on the right sides, they do not slide in and out well at all! Some of them caught in the back and I had to remove the drawer underneath and coax the drawer back out. One of the drawers the whole front of the drawer came off as I was trying to figure out how to get it to slide back out. 3 of my 6 drawers work - moderately. The other 3 I can't figure out what it is I have retraced my steps several times, checked screw tightness and alignment, etc. Of the drawers that work, since they aren't easy to pull out, the dresser kind of shakes when I'm trying to use and my neighbor can hear that on the other side of the wall. I did chat with customer service - they want me to pull all the drawers out, take photos of them, the inner rails, the whole dresser, etc. To be honest, as I was chatting with them, I realized that even the quality of the three drawers that are working isn't something I can live with. I am not impressed with how the drawer front is really only fastened at one spot, and how the handles are attached - not all of the screws went all the way in and so 2 of the drawers have loose handles/pulls. Just please head this if you are someone who doesn't have a lot of expendable income like I do - I saved up for this dresser and my heart is really, really sad. Maybe my dresser had some minor alignment issues in production or something and yours will be great. I had a handyman who works for task rabbit come look at it and he couldn't find anything to 'fix,' he said sometimes these things just don't work well. I wanted to leave this review to echo what some other folks said about the drawers so you can weigh your risk/benefit ratio well. If you have the income and time should you get one that the drawers don't work well - then go for it. It is a pretty dressor. If you need something that you will be using the drawers often and it needs to be sturdy and easy to use, maybe get a different dresser and buy a cool stencil and make your own pretty pattern. :) As for me, I'm going to pull the drawers out, take out the inner rails and put in some cat hammocks. It's now a very expensive cat playground, which is at least something.

Coming from a picky gal
I was hesitant to order, but I’m happy I did! I liked this specific dresser because I absolutely love pottery barn and west elm furniture, but I didn’t want to spend $2,000 on a dresser in this economy. This dresser gives the same look & it’s great quality in my opinion. It’s not super heavy, but it’s very sturdy, and heavy enough. I don’t regret purchasing this for my apartment. I’d say it’s a great dupe if you’re shopping for quality furniture on a budget. It was a simple put together, just very time consuming in my opinion, but it was only me and my boyfriend figuring it out.
