Great E Bike
This is the first product I have ever reviewed on Amazon. I bought the 1500 watt single battery version and this is my first e-bike. I have always wanted a e-bike but I thought they were too expensive until I watched a video on a similar bike and became interested in this style e-bike. I am a 47 year old man, 200 pounds, 6’ 1” tall and I fit great on the bike. The bike is too tall for my wife who is 5’ 3”. I was nervous about ordering it because it was through a third party but everything went smoothly. I have been riding it as much as I can since I received it. My wife said I am not home anymore lol. For me the battery life, speed, comfort, brakes, steering, and acceleration are all great. I bought it for leisurely rides exploring my area not top speed but I like how fast it goes. I don’t know how the acceleration compares to other e-bikes but it is good enough for me. I am mostly riding it on paved roads but I have done some light off roading with it. There are not many hills in my area but the bike handles the ones I do have with ease. The bike has never struggled and I have never thought it needed more power. As far as long term durability I don’t know. Parts seem to be available and this is a popular model so if something breaks it should be able to get fixed. The build quality seems good and the bike is solid. So far there has been nothing wrong and I put 214 miles on it in less than three weeks. I do pedal sometimes without the power assist and it is not too bad but I would not want to do it for a long distance. The battery is good and I easily go 25-30 miles but I am not riding around at full speed all the time. Overall I cannot think of any negatives about the bike especially for the price and I love it. Maybe the only negative is that I have not ridden my regular bike since I got the Ridstar Q20. I used to have a motorcycle and I like this bike better. The bike was worth every penny.

This Bike (Dual Battery, Dual Motor Version) is UNBELIEVABLE!
I don't even know where to start with this bike - it is amazing.I decided to spring for the dual battery version for a couple reasons - one was the increased speed. This bike is used as my main commuter in the city, so getting around at a quicker speed pays big dividends for me. What I didn't expect was the increased acceleration with both batteries running - if you're not pointing straight and you give it full throttle, it will easily break traction. This bike is great for going up steep inclines with minimal drop off in acceleration, including pulling me and my 30lb trailer and 45lb dog. The range is also very good - IF you're not blasting at max speed/throttle for the majority of your trip. What the dual battery version gives you more than top speed and acceleration is flexibility. You can choose to run just the front battery & front motor, just the rear battery & rear motor, or both combined. My top speed in single battery mode is 28mph and 34mph with both going at once. I can conserve battery by just running the front or rear, while saving the other for steep hills or the return trip if it's a long trip. You turn on the bike with an ignition key, then hit the power button. Each battery has its own power switch, and each motor also has its own switch. The bike also comes with 2 chargers - very handy. The brakes are hydraulic and stop the bike very nicely. The ergonomics of the bike are good as well. The seat is very cushy and gives ample room for preferred position seating. The seat height is not adjustable but at 5'11 the ride height of the bike is perfect for me. The twist throttle on the right feels natural and is easier to use and modulate than push levers on many other e-bikes. The light is bright and the bike also has turn signals for better visibility. The only thing this bike doesn't have, as one would expect, is room for much storage. It comes with a pouch that I use to house the phone & the handtool it came with. I only just managed to attach the lock on it, but anything else I'd have to explore some sort of basket attachment. Finally, the styling of the bike is very cool - motorcycle-esque. I've had zero issues with functionality of the bike. I've gone about 180 miles on it so far and have had no hiccups - my first e-bike had a ton of issues, so I'm very happy about this.TLDR:Pros- 34mph top speed, 28mph single battery & quick acceleration- Flexibility for speed or longer range- Comfortable & easy to use, easy to ride- Solid construction, high quality build- Has been 100% reliable in functionality so farCons- Relatively expensive, though I think it is still a good purchase- Not a lot of room for storage- Very heavy (in part due to the thick construction)- Keys - one key to turn the bike on, each battery uses its own key to lock it into place, and if you include a key for the bike lock, that's already 4 keys dedicated to the bike alone. Add an apartment key, mail key, whatever else, and that's a lot of keys dangling in the ignition. Would have been nice if one key did ignition and both battery locks, but not a big issueOverall, this e-bike is everything I needed it to be. If you live in a metro and are considering an e-bike, this is the one to get. The speed limit in this city is 25mph just about everywhere, so I'm comfortable driving this on regular roads, bike lanes, and even sidewalks when open and I'm about to park it. I honestly don't see any reason to get a vespa or motorcycle over this, given the commuting flexibility this bike offers. Obviously, if you are taking long road trips on open highways a motorcycle would make more sense, but if you're reading this review that's probably not what you're looking for.

Defective bike, Terrible seller!
As soon as I opened the box, I noticed the kickstand was broken. Since the bike is quite heavy and I didn’t want to risk it falling over without a functioning kickstand, I held off on riding it and waited for the replacement kickstand to arrive. In the meantime, I took the bike for a few short rides around the neighborhood just to check if it’s working fine and check for any issues like brake alignment, etc. Unfortunately, during those brief rides, several plastic components started to break. First the phone holder, then the finger paddle, and finally the throttle. Once the throttle broke, the bike became completely unusable.I reached out to the seller, who responded by offering to send replacement parts. However, as the photos I’ve attached clearly show, these are not simple parts that can be swapped out easily—they require professional installation. I told the company that this situation is unacceptable, but they’ve refused to offer a refund or send a replacement bike.I paid over $1,000 for a bike I haven’t been able to use properly even once. I don’t understand why I should be responsible for taking it to a repair shop to fix issues that were clearly present from the start. The product arrived defective, and I feel I’m being unfairly held responsible for their poor quality control. I’ve been going back and forth with the company for over a month now since receiving the bike, and they still haven’t provided a proper solution. They’re saying it’s not easy for them to send me a new bike due to shipping costs. Well, I don’t care what you’re gonna have to pay for shipping. I just need to have a working bike when I paid for one.If you’re considering purchasing this bike, I hope you’re fully aware of the risks you’re taking—not just with the product quality, but with the lack of support you may face if something goes wrong.
