Come on time.

This product states it is for sublimation but it is not. When ai got this I was just starting to get the sense uff needed to do sublimation however it took me awhile to get everything I needed. However once I got everything I tried to do sublimation however the black ink NEVER transferred. I went on group after group asking question after question about what I was doing wrong. Come to find out I was not doing anything wrong it was the ink. Just so you know ink 502 is, according to the internet and everyone I talked, not sublimation ink. Because of this companies blatant disregard for its customers I am out around $500. I now have to replace my printer, buy new sublimation ink, replace the tumblers and coffee cups as bought for sublimation and sublimation paper that was wasted trying to get things to work correctly. This has been the word experience ever. The worst part is it will now take me more time to replace everything so I can actually start doing sublimation. I am so disappointed and disgusted by this company for its blatant disregard for it consumers.

The media could not be loaded.  Update:2nd: After flushing my ink tanks and adding the new inks they sent me the black still doesn’t sublimate. So now i will need to flush tanks AGAIN. And buy a different ink.While i appreciate customer service. It doesn’t make it any better when I’m out the $$ for the ink and my time to flush these tanks 2xs..won’t buy again. Sorry1st:Now let me say customer service was great. However, even the replacement ink they sent me - the black doesn’t sublimate.. (or very faintly) i have tried several different temps and pressures and still nothing. I end up w llamas w no eyes and it’s very startling.I have used both the original order and the replacements they sent and still no black.. (so i can’t return it) the black if it sublimates does so almost in a sepia.. the other colors are great. But without the black you lose so much dimension..

They are not messy, they fit my Epson ET-2750 perfectly. I would never buy new cartridges, so I am always looking for refills I like. I like these

My parents have a printer that uses this kind of ink system. I got for them. And they say it’s just as good as name brand. Easy to refill. And last awhile. No complaints from them. However neither them or myself print documents that need a high end look. Mostly recipes, reservations, emails, documents or articles we’ve come across and want to keep. Nothing requiring anything fancy. Honestly I think this could still fit that bill but might use up quicker in process.

The media could not be loaded.  The black ins does not get transfer to my canvas.Bought a second set of ink just to check if the problem gets solve or still the same issue.

This is an amazing set of sublimation ink - I have tried all kinds and not found any that come close to this is color and vividness. I am happy to have found an alternative to the high priced options.
