I like the software that allows you to subscribe for cloud recoding service. As for the camera, it's pretty hard to get it connected to your Network. Not nearly as user friendly as some cameras. I've had it for about a month and it's disconnected itself three times so far. You can't get it back online without going home and getting it back in service. Really sucks when you go on vacation and it loses connection on day 1. So much for monitoring your home. Never know when it's going to drop connection. My other cameras I have remain online and require no hands on in this situation.

no problems hooking up, didn't bother with wireless too many people have problems with it, got extra long ethernet cables, they work just fine, using sd card, not paying for server subscription, camera is live, you can check in from wherever with the app, it does have night vision and is very clear during the day, have to check immediately if you get a notification, but sd card keeps a record. Would buy again.

Has a hard time connecting the my WIFI so I have had to make space for it near my router (as it has to be plugged in not only to the router but to the wall). Don't think I would buy this product again as I don't have a large amount of open outlets in the places I need to monitor my house. However the alerts on my phone are nice whenever something makes noise or something moves on the screen. The picture quality is great and there isn't a lot of lag time. It's a great product if you have the means of putting it somewhere near an outlet and also a constant internet connection.

Getting this camera to connect took a few resets and tries but when I finally got it to work, I was impressed with the quality. The sounds don't come through very well unless spoken loudly and there is about a second delay in video feed which didn't seem like a big deal to me. My biggest issue with this camera is the APP. It keeps disconnecting my camera or doesn't load the feed at all. When it does work, I'm happy with it but it's not reliable especially if you get it for your kid's room like me. I'm pretty dissapointed as there are so many positive reviews. Hopefully this will give you some warning.

This camera works good in good wifi but has been freezing alot lately I dont know of its our internet or the camera. I really like being able to keep an eye on my newborn daughter when I'm not home or in our room. The picture quality could be a little better.

This is the COOLEST! Money well spent. Excellent product for the price. I love that my husband and I can see the camera from our own phones. And if you buy the memory card, you can review your recordings without having to pay the monthly fee. Very cool!!!

Two Issue encountered within 2 weeks of usage -1) Couple of times I had to setup the Camera, as it gets disconnected. It's irritating to setup everytime as it take 30 mins to get the camera working.2) Even if I switch off the camera through App, it records everything? What the hell...! Never thought the app or the camera to behave like this.

I bought this camera to monitor my dogs when I left home. It works just as I wanted! I can turn it on and off anytime. It truly has all around degree view and can also move up and down. It will also alert you any time a noise or a movement was made. I would recommend this product.
