Controller review
Had this controller for about 7 months and it’s perfect! The value for money is insane and it’s perfect for the quick paced games that I play. functions perfectly, easy to use, the buttons feel so nice, overall a very good controller that I definitely recommend for people wanting a cheap high quality controller!

Really good controller
Very good controller, premium feeling and heavy. Software is good too.

Great controller
It's an awesome alternative to the standard Xbox controllers, especially price wise. Setup was instant, you don't need any of the third party programs listed to get it to work either. Feels very sturdy, doesn't feel cheaply made and even feels more sturdy than normal Xbox controllers. I've been told that it's immune to stick drift as well, but this will be a wait and see. I will change the review at a later date if I do get it but the sticks do feel different compared to other controllers. The only issues I have with it is that the extra buttons can't be used as actual extra buttons as no game seems to recognize R4/L4, they can only be used as another button that's already on a standard Xbox controller which I was a little disappointed about as it was one of the reasons why I bought it.

One of the best controllers for a reasonable price.
This is an incredibly robust controller. I play a number of games that demand a lot from the player in terms of inputs and stick usage and this controller has held up surprisingly well over the many months I've had it now. It's kept better then other, more expensive controllers. The feel and wight of this controller is night perfect, it has just the right amount of weight to feel satisfying but not too heavy that it feels uncomfortable. I do wish the shoulder buttons were a little less sensitive as they seem to register an input on the slightest press rather than any real depression. This might be a good thing for some people but since I'm hoovering over the triggers a lot I'm more prone to accidental presses. The face buttons are also a little too close for my personal tastes but that's something with all xbox-like modern controllers. Highly recommend this controller.

Highly recommend for Xbox Series S/X (pictures attached of the app)
This is by far the best controller for Xbox. Hall Effect sticks = no stick drift at all and high precision and snappy response especially for shooting games like COD, Siege, Fortnite and so forth. The fact you can use this on PC and other consoles/devices doubles its value. On XBOX series S/X what makes this controller so good is the ability to map profiles/buttons, set deadlines for the triggers and sticks to tune in the controller exactly to your play style. I personally love the stick dead zone settings, and tweaking these for games like COD & Fortnite and creating de coated profiles for these 2games, has seen my gaming scores in ranked games once we se fundamentally. The only disappointment was finding out the somewhat blue ring around the sticks IS NOT an LED sadly. If I had any feedback for gamesir it would be that if you can create this package but wirelessly rather than wired (although I prefer wired for latency) you’d have the best Xbox controller on the market even beating the elite controller. I highly recommend this for £50 You won’t find a better Xbox controller, I assure you. I’ve also attached picture ms of each page of the gamesir nexus app on Microsoft store for the controller for those who are intriuged or interested to know WHAT can be tweaked. If this review has been helpful, drop a thumbs up. Cheers and happy gaming

GameSir G7 SE wired - better than the xbox original
xbox s wireless controller got stick drift after only a few months of use. Lots of research later I got this GameSir G7 SE wired controller whilst the og was in for replacement. After a few weeks using it I can say that it performs flawlessly, with zero drift or dropout - just perfect gaming. Having a spare controller is a good plan as one of them is always likely to go at some point but I was shocked at the xBox one conking out so soon. The only minor negative is a slight difference in the placement of the small option buttons (centre top) which is further north than on the original controller but I have now recalibrated my head for this and it's fine. The controller also has a port for headphones (I prefer to use the port in my monitor). The sticks are coated with decent grippy stuff that does not seem to get greasy with extended use. The USB-C cable is a good length and feels really well-made and strong and it has a secure connection at both ends. Yes, I'd recommend this controller.

Lasted 8 months then completely died
It is a superior controller to the original, but the original usb cable provided lasted 4 months and the pad itself lasted 8 months before complete failure, wouldn't waste your money.

Alright for casual play, for more hardcore gamers it misses the mark
I've used this controller for over a month now, I've had 35.4 hours in Monster Hunter Wilds, and about 10 recent hours in Helldivers 2. If your game has no need for D-Pad, it'll be quite good, the thumbsticks, triggers and main buttons are fantastic, but... There are 2 glaring issues I have with this controller. 1. The D-Pad is prone to misfiring when doing quick back to back inputs, I think the springs are too strong and the sensors too sensitive? But not sure there. All I know is in Wilds it wasn't too bad as I barely interacted with it, but in Helldivers 2, I constantly stim (up dpad) when I'm trying to do a strategem input, and if I try do a strategem quickly by rolling from direction to direction like I do on a Standard Xbox Pad (I had the Starfield edition prior to this controller), I had 0 issues whatsoever. It's almost like I need to lift my thumb first before pressing the next direction. So if I try to do right rolling over to left, it'll trigger up in the process. 2. Start/Back/Menu whatever you wanna call them buttons, placement. The buttons are too high, they need to be more in-line with the middle button below the Xbox symbol on the controller. Your fingers gravitate towards that spot but instead you have to reach over across the left thumbstick to hit it, instead of just beside it.

Outstanding controller. This is probably the best quality for the best price you can find. I highly recommend. I'm not a big fan of the clicky buttons...and this controller doesn't have that. These are membrane buttons, so they are pretty much silent. They are not totally silent, but they don't have the clicky sound and feel like a mouse button. Solid construction and feels great in the hand. Works great. 10 out of 10. Buy it. You won't regret it. Don't mess around with garbage controllers.

There's no drifting. I was playing a game without any drift based settings and it drifted a bunch on 3 controllers and there's many complaints about the game on forums. When you fully push the stick to the edge and do circles with other controllers there's a bumpy feel. The gamesir has no bumps, nice and smooth, very nice. The left and right bumpers a very easy to press. The series x controller bumpers are too hard to press so I bind them to something rarely used in games. The gamesir bumpers are something I can use without fear of tendonitis. The buttons are mushy, good. I hate mechanical buttons they are audible over games and sound terrible, they also don't feel nice to press. The software is good, I can rebind everything so when a stupid game puts dodge on Y instead of B and doesn't provide any control settings, then I can change it in the software. The triggers by default are ultra sensitive, I had to change the range in the software as I kept accidently shooting in game. My complaints, The select button is way to close to the left stick, it's very hard to press compared to series x controller. I can't actually press it naturally without also pressing the left stick button. The only way to press it is moving the hand. It's horrible if map is bound to select and you have to use it often. Lucky there's two back buttons and I use those instead. There's no way to turn off the indicator light which sucks when playing in the dark. The controller colour is white, I like black.
