Does as described. No complaints besides it is a service. Unlike no name brands winess at least Is honest on image quality and customer support! I didn't want to leave an immediate review bc I am skeptical. I only give 4 stars because I cannot view my own videos on the sd card. They give no option for password and so if camera breaks or you don't want to pay for cloud service, which does not back up 24/7 you cannot view the "continously recording" I used to be able too. Imagine when things go wrong and you need to give evidence to the cops and you have 24/7 recording on, which did happen, but have to sit and screen record from the sd csrd over wifi on your phone to have it decrypted. It's so dumb.But thats my only complaint. It makes no sense why I as a user and subscriber cannot decrypt or make a password for my own videos. Thet are saves as .video on the card and nothing can open or decrypt them. This was not the case 4 months ago or so
