This is our 2nd eSamcore Magsafe Car Mount. The product is well packaged with clear instructions. The installation was simple and secure and magnet strong. A great value and great product!

This worked perfectly for my Hyundai Santa Fe. Attached it to the back of the monitor to hold my phone, where no where else was good to attach. I like that I could totally tighted the hinges with the hex key. so it stays and is very solid in place! I love my pop-socket, so it being able to attach around the popsocked was important to me.Feels to be well made, the magnets are strong, and I highly recommend it!

The product is great. I will say that the magnet that holds your phone is almost to strong. I have to literally pull hard to remove my phone when leaving my truck. But I have zero concerns about it ever falling going over rough roads or riding in the woods. The note and ask for feedback to offer better products is something you don’t see very often. I was highly impressed but this product. And it’s rare I can’t pick out flaws in one. The only thing that would make it better would be to add a second base to put in another location. For long trips I like my phone over the dash. For shorter trips I like it by the center console. Maybe offer a variation of this product that offers a second base without having to buy a whole second mount.But that’s not a flaw just a suggestions. The adhesion for the mounting base is amazing. I’m in Florida and after two weeks of the mount being in the Florida sun right on the dash, the glue has not even began to give. They give you other parts to make this product would with any device it seems.Truly impressed by this product and by this company. I will definitely be looking to see what else they offer and if I have a use for anything, would always pick them first.

I would've given this 5 stars... the magnet definitely holds really really well... only problem is when I pull my phone off I have to hold it and pull cause it loosens the screws a little .... other than that it's great! My phone doesn't go flying anywhere and I don't have to keep taking off my ring magnet thing in order for it to fit in the holder. So this is a great buy if you don't mind ha I g to tighten the screws every so often!

I absolutely love this phone mount. I’ve been through a bunch of them bc I just got a new car and since the screen is really big there weren’t many places I could put a mount. This mount extended enough for it to be slightly in front of my screen but off to the side where it didn’t cover it. I tightened everything and it stays put. I also am using the ohsnap 4 luxe and had trouble disconnecting them so I cut out a bunch of circles with vinyl and covered the magnet where it would still be strong enough and not move when driving but easy enough to come off when I want it to. Haven’t had any issues as of yet and it’s still in the same spot i originally put it in. Nothing is coming loose.

If they put stronger magnets on it, or placed a stronger magnet in the center, this could be a great phone mount. But the ring magnet is weak unless in *direct contact* with metal. The magnet has to be physically touching a metal surface to stick with enough force to support my phone (Galaxy S9+).I have a ferrous metal plate inside my phone case. The phone case is just a standard, thin, clear silicone case. But that miniscule distance -- the thickness of a standard silicone phone case -- is enough to render the magnet force too weak to hold the phone. At that distance, you can barely detect any magnetic pull at all. Now, if I take the metal plate and put it on the *outside* of the case so that it can directly touch the ring magnet, *then* it tends to hold. But even placing a business card between the magnet and the phone, a minor bump in the road will cause it to slide down the mount and fall off. Unless there are phone cases made of tissue paper, I doubt there is a phone case that is thin enough to work with the weak magnet on this mount.For a 2024 Honda Odyssey, which has practically no place to mount a phone holder except for vent mounts or windshield suction mounts, this articulating mount has a great design that could be adhered to the back of the center dash screen bezel. If only the magnet was not as weak as boiled spaghetti.I'm thinking of getting some epoxy and adding my own magnet to the middle. Just need to build it up a bit to get the new magnet level with the ring magnet. I may just cut the ring magnet off -- the articulating part of the mount is what I'm interested in.But without modification, the manufacturer's choice of magnet is a failure, rendering it unfit to support a typical phone in any sort of case.

***** update 5/24/2024****** So the adhesive failed within 60 days, and it's not summer yet. The good news is that the adhesive failed so bad that when it fell off, you couldn't tell anything was there in the first place. Taking 2 stars for poor adhesion.BEST VERSATILE MAGSAFE PHONE MOUNT IF YOU WANT LOCATION OPTIONS. I was looking for something with a short right angle. If you want something that does not obstruct your view, this is it. The magsafe magnet holds my phone with magsafe case and supports the weight just fine. It's also adjustable just by moving it and it stays in place and holds the weight. If I can get a picture of the phone on it, I will update. Will also update if something goes wrong once the Florida heat kicks in.

10/9 EDIT: The seller reached out apologizing for my confusion and offered a partial refund, which I declined. Just note that you are getting a single mount and not two, as shown in one of the photos.The swivels are weak (out of the box), so once you have everything into the position you want, you need to tighten then up with a small allen key. I had the same problem and was about to return it.ORIGINAL: The mount itself works great. I needed a mount that would extend my phone away from my car’s Navi screen. Pretty sturdy and easy to assemble. However, the photo shows TWO mounts but only comes with one.

Both the magnets and sticky pad are both very strong. Even comes with backup sticky pads, magnetic discs, etc.Very handy for vehicles.

Wouldn't hold my phone slides off. Went out and bought another model that clamps phone

Phone mount works really well and used both with no issues. The joint broke on one so I contacted the seller. They responded promptly and resolved the issue right away.

I had doubts about the adhesive and placement of it in my car, but this product is amazing and anyone who has seen it in use, told me that they need to buy it! great product, fast shipping, thank you to the seller!
