Well, as expected.

The product is ok but there was a mix up in the size

I have a 30 inch waist at the naval and I ordered Medium. If I was 1 inch bigger , it would not fit! I have to fit it really tight right now because my back pain is acute and very painful. It helps to support with lessening the pain some and reminds me not to make any false moves that would start the spasms again. Smells bad, like chemicals or plastic, even after 24 hours out of the packaging. The one I bought for $45 at CVS did't smell, but I still prefer the support and feel of this one. I should of probably had large and a lot of xtra room to cinch, but I was afraid of bulk, which probably wouldn't be a problem. Velco is very good and strong.

I hurt my back to the point that i could not walk move or anything the only thing i could think of was ordering this over night so j could get myself to the hospital and boy when i tell you this gave me instant pain relief 😮‍💨 dont get me wrong my pain is still there only its bearable and im able to walk a bit with the right support this brace gives me I totally recommend im 140 lbs and ordered a medium perfect size
