Bob's Red Mill Pie Crust Mix, Gluten Free, 16 Ounce (Pack Of 4)

This is the first time I used this pie crust mix and I will use it again and again. It tastes good, it does not fall apart like most GF products do and it's easy. What's not to love!

It has a good taste, and for a gluten free, rolls out ok. It's always a roll and patch job when working with gluten doughBUT this is what i buy and it works. I just wish Bob would find larger size bags.

After many tries at commercially made gluten-free pie crust, this is the best!! Even people who are not GF have commented on what a great crust it is! Highly recommend.

Surprisingly, this pie crust mix requires water - not a usual ingredient in pie crusts. After 2 hours in the refrigerator it was solid as a rock and somewhat difficult to roll out. Do indeed roll it between 2 sheets of plastic wrap as it will just not roll out and stay together on a granite surface floured lightly with rice flour. This crust is very tasty using all butter as the shortening.

The recipe is easy to follow and tastes good. I bought 4 more packages as it is reliable!

This is such good pie dough, as good as "gluteny" pie dough. Highly recommend!

This is the best tasting gluten free pie crust! It doesn’t roll out with rolling pin but I just push it in place in the pie pan! So yes , I buy this all the time!
