PFE-1 Portable Aerosol Fire Extinguisher JE 50 - the world's most versatile & compact fire extinguisher.

I have had these before on our boat. They need no maintenance as powdered ones do. They put out any fire.

About 7 years ago I bought 4 of these extinguishers at a trade show. One of them came with us camping. A few months afterwards whilst relaxing at a campsite, I saw a ball of flame shoot away from a tent. I grabbed the extinguisher and rushed over. It worked well! The gas bottle wasn’t fully secured to the stove. They attempted to throw earth at it but the extinguisher did its job very well.

One of these came fitted in my campervan, had to use it recently on a fire in the van, IT WORKS. Put the fire out quickly and leaves very little residue unlike powder extinguishers and very easy to use. I will be getting another one before I use the van again.

Not cheap but very light and compact.

Very useful item and easy to store in car being such a versatile shape & size.

I hung ours on a coat hook that doesn't get used... where all can find it quickly. I added a hanging loop to the holder and that worked.

If and when I use one I could write a review. It's light, compact and easily stowed but I don't know if it puts a fire out.
