I gave this olive oil a try and wow; the quality is amazing! It's packed with polyphenols, and it is great for everything from morning shots to drizzling over salads. It even helped with inflammation; the taste is a wild ride, it bites back with serious bitterness! I knos it's healthy, so I take a tablespoon on empty stomach every morning.

I really like the quality of this oil and the idea behind it. But I’ll be honest — drinking it straight is almost impossible, the taste is extremely strong and burns the throat. My solution was to mix it with MCT coconut oil, and that actually made it much smoother and easier to take. Fun fact: studies show that MCT oil helps the body absorb polyphenols and other active compounds more efficiently, so you’re not only cutting the harsh taste, but also boosting absorption. Now it works fine for me, and I still get the benefits without the harshness.

This olive oil was recommended to me by a health care professional. Although it is a bit pricey, it is well worth the cost. It's taste is delicious and coming from Greece, a very healthy choice!

I’ve been looking for a reputable olive oil that are high in polyphenols. Before this one I tried out their more affordable option (Robust) and really enjoyed it. So I bit the bullet and went for their extremely high phenolic one, “The Phenolic Shot.”I love that they post their polyphenol content by 2 different testers (HPLC and NMR) so you know that it’s legit. They also post a suggested intake amount. I also notice that it’s a bit more “peppery” than their robust version.For me, I take about a 0.5 tbsp shot in the mornings for general health and this will last me about 2 months. The value is there for me because of the certifications that confirm its polyphenol content.Overall, the Phenolic Shot version is worth it to me and the price comes to be about the same when compared to the Robust version because I can take a half the amount.

I bought this to take a tablespoon twice a day for health benefits but my wife tasted it and said it's the best EVOO she's ever had. So now I have 2 bottles a month on Subscribe and Save so that she can have one to use in the kitchen for bread, salads and cooking! It definitely has the peppery kick you hope for from a high phenolic EVOO, opaque bottle, batch dated, very high quality.

I’ve tried dozens of olive oils looking for the snappiest, and this is the winner. One tablespoon of this will prove that point! In general, I use this as dressing for salads and drizzled on cooked vegetables. Yes, it’s expensive - but I am hooked on that incredibly peppery, snappy taste.

Bought this entirely to take as a shot for health reasons. It has a strong grassy green taste which I love, and it’s a beautiful green color and no burn at all to me. However, I must confess I also take a shot of Black seed oil daily for my Hashimoto’s thyroiditis and that has a big burn! I actually like it, it feels like it’s working. I will see how this olive oil helps with inflammation. Definitely a high quality olive oil! 🫒

The olives have been ORGANICALLY GROWN IN GREECE without chemicals. It has a bitter & pungent taste due to the high phenolic content (which means IT HAS MAJOR HEALTH BENEFITS).
