I opened this up yesterday and put it together. I like the clever packaging. Anyway, I sat down and leaned in, this is the first time I had a back support pillow due what it is supposed to. It is not like the cheap $15 ones. It goes all the way up when I lay back and it has a neck pillow that is perfect except the way you attach it is not consistent and I had trouble attaching the pillow. It fits me and I am 5’2”, but my husband who is 6’5” it didn’t even come close. The pockets on the sides mean no more lost phone or remotes.

We are using this in bed for my dad. The structure is well designed to support his need for an upright position. We didn’t rate as a 5 star simply because the fabric is stretching, the structure has not changed.

I got this as a gift for my husband who enjoys gaming in bed (Nintendo switch and PS5). He loves it! It took quite a while for it to fully “open”, and we got discouraged at first. But it eventually filled out and he uses it every night without complaint of any soreness.

I bought this because my desk chair needed more back to it. I might as well have just used rolled up blankets. This has no support at all, the arms aren't stable, It's flimsy and nowhere near worth the price paid. Save yourself the disappointment and keep searching, this isn't useful.

Exactly as pictured and came in handy after spine surgery. I can use it to sit up and watch tv or read. It offers additional neck support which is a great feature and side pockets for storage.

Buy one you don't have to assemble.

Easy set up and adds a ton of comfort when wanting to be propped up yet leaning back a bit. Great value for the money.

I didn't like it at first. It's a little cheaply made and the zipper broke within the first five minutes. That said, I tried using it, and it's okay. I was going to return it, but I might hang onto it after all.
