good, including the packaging
The seller's service was v.good, including the packaging. The kit is good value. Some of the die pressing was indistinct and had to be cleaned up, but this may vary kit to kit. If you break some parts, there is a small amount of spare material. The kit is cut from 1/20th. inch sheet. Not the easiest to obtain if you need more, but here's a jolly good chap that lists it as a stock item.... skyhi.org.uk

Complicated.
A really nice kit, but be warned, this is not the kit for a young, impatient kid. It is complicated, but makes a nice plane. My first effort at model making. You also need extra bits and bobs, glue, paint pin board, etc. Give yourself a few days to do it!

Good value for its price, but do not expect too much
This is my very first flying model aircraft and it basically met my expectations. Building it was an entertaining experience and pleasure. I built a true dihedral wing and acquired many necessary skills for more complex modeling projects. It was challenging enough but not too difficult. The kit included all precut balsa strips even some extras, but did not include balsa cement. Step-by-step instruction was easy to follow and the final result was very similar to the picture on the box. The model is very durable and sustained few crashes without serious damage. However, the building plan for dihedral wing did not specify an exact angle between wing planes. Only small picture of frontal projection was available without any angle measurements. Some calculations were needed to make the wing exactly as shown. In addition, instruction tells nothing about attachment method of stabilizer and rudder to the fuselage. Another problem was more serious. The balsa fuselage of the aircraft was not strong enough to sustain squeezing of rubber band. The fuselage started to twist when rubber band was twisted at full power (more than 50 turns). Although instruction recommends exactly 50 turns, I think that provided power is not enough for that model. I had to reinforce the fuselage with 4 popsicle sticks at the cost of added weight and moved balance. Wing position had to be readjusted afterward. It seems that now my model is a little bit too heavy for the rubber band engine. The aircraft still flies but not far or high. Since I am really happy with wings, stabilizer and rudder, I think about changing the fuselage to something light and simple later. In general, it is a good first time model project and good value for its price, but do not expect too much.

It was going to be a challenge, but a what an achievement!!!
WAS SLIGHTLY CONCERNED WHEN MY 10 YEAR OLD SON, GOT THE MODEL OUT OF THE BOX AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE HAD TO DO!!HOWEVER, HE HAS SPENT HOURS AT THE TABLE AND HAS BEING VERY PROUD OF HIMSELF!! THE ONLY THING I WAS SLIGHTLY DISAPPOINTED ABOUT, WAS THE FACT THAT WE HAD TO BUY THE GLUE, DOPE AND DOPE THINNER, WHICH MADE THE MODEL QUITE EXPENSIVE IN THE END!!
