this is honestly a good starter to get into grounding, pricewise, whenever I don't have time to go outside, but there is no excuses.this is still a great way to get grounding in.for myself, I do not sleep with it, they gave me crazy, vivid dreams, that I felt like I was not sleeping at all.But I found a balance, I use this when I'm doing computer work, or watching a movie.The only con is that I wish I had more silver wiring

Still evaluating product. Earthing is said to reduce inflation and provide a sense of quiescence in the body. So far so good.

For a nearly $80 sheet, the quality is terrible. There is no noticeable difference in sleep quality.

This was a Christmas gift to my daughter and so she just installed it today so it’s a bit late to return. However, it’s a bit shy of a king size and it’s not a fitted sheet despite with the picture show you it is a flat sheet.

Does not stay in place, it unplugs

I bought this sheet hoping it would help me sleep better and help me with a few non-serious aches and pains. Nothing at all has changed. The seller was concerned about my experience and said it usually takes awhile, and they offered me a refund. They have unexpected wonderful customer service.

I've never tested the conductivity but this earthing sheet is a little small for a queen sheet. I turn it sideways so that our whole body, minus shoulders and head are in contact with it. It's much better than the half sheet we were using.
