Stainless Steel Electric Tap, 220V Instant Hot Water Heater Tap for Bathroom, Tankless Electric Heating Faucet with Digital Display (Black)

I reviewed a Briwellna electric instant hot water tap (IHWT) for an Amazon Vine review, which I fitted in our kitchen. Our kitchen hot water pipes were 50 years old and needed replacing. Hot water ran so slowly , if you turned the hot tap on you could go and have a shower and come back to the kitchen sink with only half bowl of water and the tap still running. The IHWT resolved this problem and it is great for our situation. It so good that it gave use an opportunity - so I ordered another one.Let me explain. We are in the middle of major building project and need to replace the whole roof so we can add an upstairs onto our bungalow. Our water tanks are in the roof void and they need to come out so the roof trusses can be replaced. The tanks only supplied water to the Kitchen sink (which is now a IHWT) and the bathroom wash basin. The new IHWT in the kitchen provides instant hot water up to about 43degC. Works perfectly only heating the water you need, not a tank full at a time. Part of our building works also means that the original bathroom is being demolished, so we need to put a temporary bathroom on the other side of the building. This IHWT mean that only a cold water supply is needed.The positives are only cold water supply required, only heating the water you are using.The negatives are it's not the nicest looking bathroom tap being three time bigger that a standard basin mixer tap and it needs an electric supply. The electric supply for me is easy as that my trade.This type of instant hot water tap is not be suitable for everyone because you have to switch between hot and cold running to get the basin of water at the preferred temperature. But in our situation its perfect. What I will say is these IHWT's work perfectly for providing hot water instantly.

I wanted to use this in the en-suite but it’s a little big for that. So I put it in the garage on a little sink. You only need a cold water supply and a 13A socket so it’s really good. No more going into the house to wash dirty hands from the garden.

Lasted two days and stoped working altogether even tried the surport that is offered

Good value hot water tap. It was very straightforward to install and it works really well, water heats up so quickly. The tap looks great and it looks much more expensive than it is.

Let me know how to return a faulty item. Worked well and then just stopped heating. 5stars before fault.

Un safe , started tripping the whole electricity

Not UK legal as supplied. UK electrical regulations forbid the installation of standard power sockets in bathrooms and areas liable to high humidity. To install in the UK, power connections MUST be made using IP55 sealed junction boxes or better to avoid electrocution risk and power surges in the domestic supply when circuit breakers are tripped. In the interest of fairness, I will acknowledge that I an not a purchaser of this product and have placed this comment in the interest of public safety and no other reason. I would also suggest that vendors place disclaimer notices in the product descriptions in light of this fact.

Questo rubinetto è veramente una FAVOLA!Iniziamo con i materiali di costruzione di alta qualità.Il rubinetto è realizzato con un involucro in acciaio inossidabile 304 all'interno del quale risiede un tubo riscaldante del medesimo materiale, garantendo una lunga durata e resistenza nel tempo. Questa caratteristica è sicuramente un gran punto di forza visto che sarà sempre a contatto con l'acqua.Un altro punto di forza di questo rubinetto è la sicurezza multipla che offre. Dotato di protezione contro le perdite, impermeabilità IPX4, protezione contro il surriscaldamento, isolamento acqua-elettricità, spegnimento automatico in caso di inattività e spegnimento automatico in caso di temperatura eccessiva, questo rubinetto assicura una maggiore sicurezza nell'uso quotidiano.La visualizzazione digitale della temperatura è un'altra caratteristica che mi ha affascinato già dalla pagina del prodotto. Grazie al sensore di temperatura, è possibile visualizzare in modo preciso e chiaro la temperatura dell'acqua corrente. Il rubinetto permette l'utilizzo sia di acqua calda che fredda, e la temperatura dell'acqua calda in uscita dipende dalla temperatura dell'acqua in ingresso e dal volume di flusso dell'acqua.La leva di controllo consente un facile controllo della temperatura: abbassando la leva, il flusso di acqua calda diminuisce e la temperatura dell'acqua aumenta. Questa funzione è molto pratica e permette di regolare facilmente la temperatura desiderata ma soprattutto di avere l'acqua calda anche senza caldaia o scaldabagno.Infine, l'installazione del rubinetto è piuttosto semplice grazie al manuale utente multilingue incluso e alla possibilità di reperire online qualche video con tutti i passaggi.È importante verificare che la pressione dell'acqua richiesta (0,04-0,5 MPa) sia entro il range indicato per consentire un corretto funzionamento.Unico neo a mio avviso la scelta di optare per una presa schuko che ingombra non poco.In conclusione, il rubinetto Briwellna offre una combinazione di qualità costruttiva, sicurezza, praticità e facilità d'installazione, rendendolo una scelta interessante per chiunque cerchi un rubinetto affidabile e funzionale per la propria casa senza rinunciare ad un tocco di stile!

Der Wasserhahn ist schön und wertig Hergestellt und wird auch sehr gut Verpackt bei dir ankommen. Problem ist die Wassertemperatur die sehr stark wechselt.

Mais son installation électrique doit être anticipée avec soin. Une excellente option, mais à manipuler avec les précautions qui s'imposent !
