Relatively low profile but adequate
We have a brick front stoop with one step up. No rail there and really no place to put one. Nothing was going to look "natural" but we have an aging neighbor (I'm not getting younger) who needed something to steady himself and this fit the bill without being too obtrusive and if we ever need to remove it, it's just thee holes. I will say, boring the 3 holes into the brick was a challenge. I finally got one hole perfect and it was too smooth for the bolts to catch on. Concrete is easier than brick, but be prepared to be creative with your mounting bolts. I wouldn't want somebody to grab this and pull themselves up, but it's great for keeping steady.

Handsome, but not very strong.
This looks very nice, and is easy to fix.

Stylish and perfect
This is a beautiful hand rail. I actually got this to go inside my home. I am using this on the steps leading up to our jacuzzi tub. This is stylish and perfect. We have four steps that lead up to the deck of our jacuzzi tub and my wife needs slight help navigating steps. My wife hurt her back at work and also has balance issues and just needs a little hand on steps. She wanted a rail but did not want it to look like a hospital. This rail was perfect. Gives her the assistance she needs and looks stylish. Easy to put together and install. Great price.

Very loose.
We love the product but don't know if we installed it correctly. It shakes a lot and we are not sure if it is safe to use. Please help.

2nd hand rail order, which continues to be disappointing
Not sure I like this stability. The platform on which it must be screwed. Down is thin metal and a questionable integrity.
