Does this stuff is safe to use in my outer and especially the inner screen of my samsung z fold 3

It will do a fine job on cleaning. It is a liquid. Be careful. My Samsung Note 20 5G Ultra is waterproof, however, I do not let the Whoosh liquid linger on the screen. The MicroFiber cloth that comes with the Whoosh package is very effective without the liquid.

Cleaner and stops static for Cadillac Cues

Yes it’s a cleaner ,and yes it will reduce static and yes it should clean your car system with no issue ( jus make sure system is off and screen is cold prior to application to avoid streaks ) but we never tested it on the Cadillac Cue !
