Great, solid and versatile range mat
Great, solid and versatile range mat - a steep long term investment, but worth the cash in my opinion - the T’s included were a bit bendy and rubbish but easily replaced for under a tenner - I’m using the Finger Ten ones - you can flip the launch area 180 degrees too to change T position also which is nice. I might also drill a hole for a new driver T as the existing ones are quite close together and I scuff the middle T in my driver backswing which is a bit annoying but obviously you can just have one or two T’s in use to avoid that. One thing I’d also comment is that the mat is of substantial weight (good for hitting off obviously) and so better for a permanent or semi permanent setup - you’d have a hard time getting this in and out of your shed every few days and no way you can hang it one a wall to store which I was considering to initially do, so bare this in mind - also if you use a SkyTrak or GC Launch monitor, the ball tray might be in your way for positioning although you could maybe make some kind of platform in the tray for them to sit on which could work out nice.. Trackman & FlightScope behind hitting area and so fine obviously. For switching to lefty golfers you’d have to move the launch area and position it on the other side of the main mat which isn’t too much hassle but again, it’s heavy so you ideally wouldn’t want to keep having to change this if you practice or play with a mix of right/left handers - you could buy a 2nd launch pad for this however or just use the main mat without the launch area and drill some additional T holes in the main mat hereOverall would definitely recommend... money justified if you compare it to the cost of a new high-end driver!
