A little about me just to put things in perspective. I'm not the biggest or strongest, but I'm fairly stout. When doing bicep curls, I typically to 8 to 12 reps with 45 lb dumbbells for my max. For triceps I usually workout with 30 lbs DB and do 24 reps. I also own some pro quality resistance bands, that are very durable and have great resistance. We're here to discuss these. I bought these to have a set for travel and for my soon to be indoor winter workouts. I've got about 6 more weeks, before I'm done in the garage until next spring. These bands are decent quality, and have good resistance. They are not on the level of the other bands I have. However, I wasn't expecting the world for thirty eight bucks. The 90lb band is the heaviest, and while its good I find the resistance a little lacking. However, if i use one of the smaller bands with it like the 10 or 20, the resistance is significantly higher. I'm actually impressed with the pump from it. I do like the door jam attachment, and I never worry about it slipping like others I've tried. I think these bands are good for beginners and intermediate workout enthusiast. You can get a good pump from them, but they are not at the level I desire. As far as durability goes; I've only had them a week, so time will tell. I'm going to keep them to have a good travel set, but I can't recommend them for strength training fanatics. Finally, my review score; they don't quite merit a 4 star or a 3 star. I give it a push and rate it a 3.5. I will use them as part of my indoor winter workouts, but they are not a great resistance band. For moderate usage and toning, they should be sufficient.

Well, I liked the first set of innelo resistance bands so much, that I bought the higher weight set! So yeah, unlike these bands. They’re good quality and are an easy to whip out at anytime in get a quick workout in! It is curious that the 89 lb band is missing, I mean…why?? I also wish they made a 5 lb band for finer adjustments, but that’s ok, I’ll just have to fontina another brand for those two weights (and maybe the 100 lb band). Al in all however, I am happy with these bands, the test will be to see how long they last!

I was using the 70 pound and split and tore and sprung back at me luckily I was not hurt I tried to call the company or email I went to the website button for the email address I went all over the web trying to find there information couldn’t find them at all finally I spoke to Amazon and I told my story and they told me that they would give me a credit for my whole order which was very nice of Amazon I wish they would put a website where I can communicate with the manufacturer to tell him that the band is really no good
