DemeterThe Library of Fragrance Linden Eau de Cologne Spray

Unfortunately the linden flower I was looking for cannot be found in this fragrance. Even it is almost a linear scent, I was hoping to change and lose its sourness in time. It smells quite synthetic to me.

There are some Linden trees in my neighborhood and when they bloom they smell heavenly. I was looking for Linden essential oil when I came across this perfume so I decided to give it a try.Does it smell exactly like walking under the Linden trees in bloom? Not 100%. But I'd say they are 95% close to what the flowers smell like, which is pretty impressive.It's not a heavy fragrance so people who are used to the department store perfumes might think it's too light. However, a couple spritzes on my neck and one on my wrist is enough for me to still smell it at the end of the day.I'm very happy with this purchase and would definitely buy it again.

I love Demeter scents. Their library of scents is unique and fun. The Linden, however, is a little disappointing. It still smells good. I had to try because they are spot-on with many others.

Loved it when it's first put on but fragrance doesn't last much after a half hour. Would not buy again.
