Superb quality, really love them

Look smart but the only thing is they are a bit high and dig into my legs a bit (I’m 5ft1) but with time will wear that down

Boots were delivered quickly and they are a perfect fit and comfortable

I ordered a pair of riding boots for my granddaughter's birthday. After trying them on and then keeping them on for a couple of hours to help bed them in, the bottom stud fastener broke when trying to undo it. They were returned the following day, the company received them 3 days later but it took them 8 days to refund even though I'd asked for replacement boots. On reordering, I understood why they did not replace...they had increased the price by £5!!!I am disgusted and will never use this company again.

Very good quality

These were good quality however the calf space at the back was too large so had to send back. Return refunded within days . No complaints just a little spacious for me personally

The boots are as expected - quality, good looking and feels wonderful. We did have to send them back, unfortunately, only due to not fitting. The issue was the wearer bring 14yo has a size 5 shoe but a short stature. Maybe having an option for different calf length and size would aid a more successful sale.
