Fantastic PTZ camera from SV3C.The main unit is constructed from Sturdy plastic , the camera is more than suitable for outdoor usage .Twin antenna for great WiFi reception , no ethernet port on this camera . WiFi reception is very strong though .Always found SV3C cameras to have superb capture & picture quality .Really like the AI human tracking which avoids endless notifications for example a bird flying past the camera .The camera software is clever !The camera has approximately 2 metres of power cable , at the end you'll find a standard usb , which is plugged into the small form 3 pin UK USB plug . The power cable could be easily extended with a USB extender .Provided also are the mounting bracket , plugs & screws to attach to masonry , or just use the screws to install onto timber .Connecting the camera to camhipro was really quick & easy , follow the provided instructions step by step & the camera will be up & running within a few minutes.Plenty of features available within the camhipro app to choose image quality , image capture , SD card recording , also cloud storage on this particular device . Etc .Night vision is superb !The motor inside the camera is of good quality, very quiet in operation.Overall a great camera at a really good price point , the features for the price blow the competition away .Very happy .

The media could not be loaded. I was so impressed with the last SV3C camera I bought I decided to replace another of my fixed lens models for this PTZ version. It is a cheaper model than my previous one so I was sceptical about how good it was going to be. Once installed (which was extremely easy) I was really pleased with the quality and performance, especially considering the price.As you can see from the images attached the camera picture quality is excellent, even at night, and the tracking works perfectly (as in the video from the camera SD card).I was also sceptical about the WiFi range as I installed this one on my garage wall facing the house but it locks on to the router immediately and hasn't missed a beat.The SD card doesn't come with the camera but they are very cheap and once plugged in it was able to record straight to my iPhone without any problem.I was already using the CamHiPro app and adding another camera was quick and easy. I also found the SV3C website very helpful too with lots of downloads for manuals and installation videos.All in all I can thoroughly recommend this camera, especially at the price.

When I purchased SV3C PTZ Security Camera Outdoor, Pan Tilt Dome WiFi IP Camera with Auto Tracking, 1080P Color Night Vision, 2-Way Audio, Humanoid Detection, Waterproof, 24/7 Recording, SD Card Storage, Remote Access. it was to replace an old camera that I have had for many years. I was impressed with how easy it was to setup, also on the length of the power cable which is quite long.The camera is good value for the price. I am also impressed with the Human tracking process which means you do not get lots of recordings that you do not need. I completed the process to become a VIP member for an extra years warranty and was really impressed on how quickly I received a response from SC3C.

The camera is a ery well made one, it has all the functions you need for a generic surveillance, it simply works out of the box, no big things to setup. It record everything on the sd card, or cloud (optional), can send photos to an emIl address, or upload to a ftp server.The main issue is the motion detection that I found extremely intrusive… everything was ok, and suddenly began to send continuous alarms, even if nothing is visible in the video… tried reset settings, and hard resets without success.Ik e tried to contact the assistance sv3c without success, so at the end I had to open a return for the item. I will buy another one soon.

Stopped working after a few weeks, lost internet connection and refuses to reconnect

The media could not be loaded. This camera was very easy to install and did what it said in the manual. Unlike other SV3C security cameras this one only has one USB cable which is about 3 m. long. Fixing the camera to the shed and connecting through WiFi was a doddle as it only required one mains plug. I have included a video taken in the late evening when it was dark and using the white LEDs. Objects can be seen in their colours when reasonably close (10m.) though obviously there was a limit when viewing the night sky! It's really nice to pan and tilt remotely through the Internet. Installation is user password protected when setting up with the app. Unfortunately my wife phone is so low spec. and full of games she won't delete, so I haven't been able to install on another phone yet to check if she could view the scene remotely. Worth the money!

Product delivered on time and picture quality is good. Easy to configure on my Android phone and more importantly for me, easy to configure on my Windows desktop running ISPY software.Running well so far and although my WiFi Hub disk is a bit of a distance away from the camera, hasn't lost a connection yet.

L'installation est rapide et intuitive, heureusement car la doc est en allemand. Et sur le site svc, la.doc n'est pas presente. Très bonMatériel, fonctionne très bien mais du coup je n'ai rien trouvé concernant le tracking sur les humains. Comment faire?

Ich habe zwei Kameras jetzt knapp einen Monat im Einsatz.Die Bildqualität sowohl in der Nachtsicht wie auch im Normalbetrieb sind echt klasse. Wobei ich von der Nachtsicht echt beeindruckt bin. Ich hatte vorher einen Eigenbau mit Raspberry PiCam im Einsatz. Im Vergleich dazu ist die Infrarotsicht gestochen scharf.Ich verwende die Kameras ausschließlich mit fester Einstellung. Heisst, ich verwende nicht den automatischen Verfolgungsmodus. Ich habe diesen aber kurz getestet und musste feststellen, dass dieser nicht immer zuverlässig reagiert. Wenn ich z.B. zügiger von A nach B gegangen bin, konnte die Kamera mir nicht immer zuverlässig folgen. Ich war danach nicht mehr im Bild obwohl ich mich danach noch im erreichbaren Bereich aufgehalten habe.Ein weiteres Problem was ich bisher aber erst einmal hatte, war ein Reboot einer Kamera mitten in der Nacht. Dadurch, dass die feste Position die ich eingestellt habe, leider nicht gespeichert werden kann und nach einem Reboot leider nicht wieder automatisch angefahren wird, hat die Kamera danach leider quasi in den Himmel geguckt.Positiv:- Preis-/Leistung- Bildqualität allgemein- Nachtsicht Bildqualität- Einrichtung per App sehr einfachNegativ:- Vergisst Einstellung der eingestellten Kameraposition- Bewegungserkennung klappt nicht zuverlässig bei schnelleren Bewegungen

I own two other SV3C cameras, a baby monitor that's great to monitor pets, room temperature / humidity and a SV3C outdoor camera with a spotlight that turns on when it captures motion. My wife had suggested adding a camera to a back porch to alert us if anyone should approach the back of the building. Since our two SV3C cameras have worked really well with easy-to-use features, even better than other cameras we have tried, we made a good decision adding another SV3C camera to our residence.Before I mounted this camera on the back porch, I decided to test it from a second floor out a window. I know many frown on using a camera through a window, but I find positioning it to see what it can do through a window at a distance to be a really good test. This camera performed very well with a clear picture of motion from a distance as seen in the clip I am attaching. I found the HD setting on this camera to provide excellent sharp video.When I finally mounted the camera outside on the back porch, It has worked flawlessly. I am attaching a second clip which shows person coming up the back stairs. My wife is relieved that we finally have security monitoring outback. This SV3C camera has even more features than the other two that we use. These features are described by others in detail and under the description by sellers. The CamHipro software with this camera is amazing. It allows a phenomenal amount of control of the camera. One of my favorite features is the "frame the recognition of the object," but what really made this camera a keeper was how capable it is in Wi-Fi connectivity range to my Wi-Fi extender. Even though it is mounted quite a distance from my router's extender, it has not failed to keep connected and provide video to my phone with alerts or viewing video from the microSD card I inserted in the camera. All in all, I have found this camera to be an excellent outdoor unit packed with rich features SV3C is known for at a value price.
