This helped me get the highest LH ovulation test results I’ve ever had. I also noticed I’ve been able to sleep longer after years of waking up every hour or so through the night. Hopefully it’ll balance my hormones too.

Good for females mental health in general, PMDD, weight loss/maintaining a healthy weight. I used to have excruciating periods from age 11 to when I discovered this product at 23. Would pass clots the size of my fist, bleed for 2-3 weeks at a time, sometimes have 2 periods a month, have horrible PMS. Now, PMS is non existent, my periods are painless, and have to track them very carefully to make sure I know they are coming because I would have no way of knowing. No more clots, no more pain, periods last 3-4 days (by the 3rd day mostly done), and would easily say I loose less blood the whole cycle than I would in one day before I started using this product. Herbs heal. My advice, if you are reading this, is to purchase the product, and never stop taking it. Your body will thank you for it.

I absolutely love this product I haven't been using it a month yet and my acne has cleared. (I have suffered with acne for Dr. Christopher really hit a home run when he created the Female Tonic Formula. I had very bad acne especially around my chin and upper forehead it has now cleared my skin is smooth as a baby's bottom. ( I still get around 2 bumps or so but in comparison to 10 + bumps my acne is healed) I used this product in conjunction with the Female Reproductive Formula and it really works wonders. I take 2 capsules twice a day and drink nothing but water. This formula has also gotten my menstrual back to regular. *fist pump I will keep you updated on this product. Ugh, a mixed bag on these. My peri menopausal periods have been wacky for about a year, getting closer together and lasting longer so thought I'd give these a try and on the plus side, my periods were less often and more regular BUT my beasts are tender and cystic which they haven't been for a very long time so on that note I'm done with these. Everybody is different of course so they're still worth a shot.

I loved this product ❗️I’ve have experienced long && heavy cycles for a while && when I tell you I was so elated when I had a THREE day cycle vs. seven days && it was 10x lighter than normal I didn’t have to double up pad && I didn’t have leakage❗️I’d recommend ❗️

We have been giving this to our daughter. She is taking this to balance out her cycle. It hasn't caused any more emotional extremes than she already has w/being a teenager.

I don't think I'm overselling this when I say that it's changed my life. My period used to be so heavy, so painful, so irregular and unpredictable (months missed, periods lasting up to two weeks). I took two of these, twice a day, for three months. At first, my periods got even wilder. Then they started settling into a more regular schedule. I dosed down to two once a day as my periods became more and more regular. Now I take one once a day. I'm never more than one or two days off either way on my schedule (and that's pretty rare), periods last 2-3 days, and they're virtually painless. I will never stop taking this.

It didn’t work for me.

Keeps the monthly cycle more balanced and manageable and it really works! I notice a clear difference if I stop taking this (always good to take a break f supplements every now and then nevertheless).

I love the fact it's herbal, I studied the Dr. Christopher course, however, I have to be honest and say I don't feel / notice any difference - that's not to say there is no difference, I just haven't noticed, regardless, I'd rather take than not.

I have borderline high prolactine, struggling to get pregnant. After a couole of weeks i hd a positive but miscarriage after 4 days. I think these herbs helped balancing the prolactin. Started again before seeing an endocrinologist
