Worth every penny! The sound quality is great and the microphone works perfectly. You could stand on the other side of the room and the mic will still pick the audio. 10/10

I'm going to keep this review simple. I was looking for the conference room sound quality that you would find in almost all tech companies back in the 2010's era. You know that sound I'm talking about. The one with the rich deep voice and exceptional quality. Well this is it! Now that I remember, most of those tech company conference phones were Poly's. The issue was that back then they cost like $1200. Not this one! :). If that sound is what you want then look no further.I also like that it has that subtle mute sound and a nice red led bar that lights up to indicate that mute is on. It's a great product!I did try a few other products and was not happy with them. Jabra speak2 75 was not the sound I was looking for. It is decent but sounded thin.This one is it! buy it!

This by far are the best office speakers, sync amazing

Very good speaker. The only thing I love about this is the stability of bluetooth connection. I have two devices connected to this - TV and Phone and both work flawlessly.Sound quality is good. Design is awesome.I wish I could detach the cable. This is the only minor flaw I see along with the length of the cable.Edit: The lady which announces whether phone is connected or disconnected or battery status is TOO LOUD. I hate it.

I love this device, I work at home and two separate offices, this is a great tool for conducting teams/zoom/video/phone calls. the bluetooth connectivity with my smartphone is great, and it works well plugged in via cable to my laptop as well, my only criticism is that I wish it could get a little louder but this is not a serious problem, for work phone calls the volume output is perfectly useable, I use it for white noise while I sleep/nap too.

This product is not worth the price. In fact it’s not worth even 30$. Please stop advertising this product. The fundamental issue is that audio constantly drops with Mac max M3. Incompatible with MacBook.

Caller can hear you well and you can hear them well. Good battery life

Sleek design, great sounding, simple to use speaker. I have a small business and often need to take notes while on a call and the speaker on my phone is OK, but nothing near as clear or good as this speaker. Like most speakers, you do need to talk toward it to be heard clearly… you will lose some fidelity if talking off to the side. Sound leans more toward bass than treble.Low profile, portable, easy to use and wireless. When using wirelessly, the wire can be stored under the unit. Simple to understand and use controls and even has a cool look to it. I also hooked it up to my computer and made (Zoom) calls and it worked really well and SO much better than the computer speaker and microphone. I also used it for a personal call instead of having to wear an uncomfortable headset. Volume can be controlled from your phone, which it is super easy to connect to using Bluetooth.Just for the heck of it, I played music on it, and it sounded as good as other portable speakers I have in the house, just doesn’t get as loud. I didn’t change the default play/pause function of the programmable rocket ship button, and it works great to play / pause music. Not sure I would get it just for music purposes, but certainly a capable speaker.I’m familiar with this brand from my days working in a corporate setting and had pretty high expectations, which it easily met. I really like everything about this speaker and am glad I have it – can’t imagine going back to my computer or phone speaker. Great for a small business or even just as a personal speaker for home use. Good looking enough that it can sit almost anywhere and not look out of place. Wish it had a way to hang it on a wall (above my computer screen) and a carry/story case.The app is super basic – I was hoping to have some additional control over light/color or music settings, but there is nothing like that… in fact, I’m not sure I’ll even leave it on my phone.I only have a single unit, so can’t speak to how well they link, but based on how impressive everything else is (except the app), I have to believe they will link as expected.

I really wanted to like this product. I’ve been using Jabra speakerphones for years and was looking for something with more volume, so the Poly Sync 40 seemed like the perfect choice. Unfortunately, it has been disappointing in several areas and does not compare well with Jabra’s product range.The battery life is poor and seems to require charging almost daily.The voice prompts are also extremely annoying. The device loudly announces things like “Battery low!” and “PC disconnected!” far too often. I don’t understand why voice prompts are necessary when Jabra handles the same notifications with subtle tones and beeps.The connection experience is frustrating as well. Every day I seem to need to reconnect it to Windows 11 Bluetooth, and even after reconnecting, it takes quite some time for Microsoft Teams to detect it again.Finally, the advertised 40 watts of power does not feel accurate at all. The volume is nowhere near what I expected.Overall, this has been a disappointing product and not one I would recommend over Jabra.
