Great addition to my camera kit.
I'm using this quick release plate with a Sunpak TravelLite Pro tripod. The plate came with two small allen head screws in the bottom. The screws would not allow the plate to seat properly in the tripod mount. I removed the two screws and all is good! Saves time when using one tripod with more than one camera. Excellent product and a good value.

Very sturdy
Arrived in good time and is very sturdy. Note that this is made of metal so don't think that you can shave a bit off if it is a tight fit. I noticed a question from someone with a Miranda TP35 tripod asking if this would fit - well, yes and no. The block will slide into the hole ok, but it is just slightly too long for the retaining clip to spring up and hold it in place. It is useable, just don't carry it with the camera in it. It is NOT square, and the fact that the grooves are only on one side means that it can't be turned round and put in another way. Hope this helps.

Fits Perfect
I have owned a camera tripod for the last couple of years but never used it due to time constraints. When I tried to use just before this christmas I couldn't as the quick release plate was missing from the stand.Package Content:1x Quick release plateI bought a quick release which did not fit, it was slightly bigger in size, I thought these were standard size but I learnt they aren't actually, it was 44mm x 44mm. So I measured the plate that I would need 40mm x 40mm. I found the quick release plate and bingo it fit perfect. Since it was the first time I was using the quick release plate I was a bit worried on carring a tripod whilst the camera is still mounted on.Initially i couldn't install it due to the srews attached underneath the quick release plate, not sure why it is for, so after removing both the screws it fit well. Installation is very simple. I have now permanently fixed and tightened the release plate on the camera so its there for me to use the tripod as and when I want it.I will attach the photos soon.I really hope you found my review helpful and would love for you to click on the “YES” button to say so. If you don't think my review has been helpful, before you click on the “NO“ button to say I was unhelpful, I would love you to leave me a comment with your thoughts, so I can try improving my future reviews.

Nothing special
Just looks and feels like a typical cheap Chinese-made part. The fit is very loose and rattles on my Benro ball head such that it required electrical tape on either side to give it anything approaching a secure fit. Not particularly great value but probably not awful either.

Fits fine on my tripod
I inherited a tripod which had no threaded connectors! Found this, and hadn't realised how many different sizes there were. This is a generic product but fits my CamLink tripod OK.

Great value
Required for a Vanguard Veo 204AB tripod. I was going to spend over £20 buying the official spare part but fortunately, begrudging the £3.99 postal charge, saw these quick shoe options from Harwerrel. The quick shoe fits perfectly on both the camera and the tripod and is ideal. The small locking device allows me to fit to my camera even easier than the official product.A great purchase and a very happy customer!

Fits Vanguard VEO 2 BH-50 Ball Head
The two hex safety stops need to be removed but the central Vanguard safety pin correctly locates in the central D screw recess to prevent the camera sliding out should clamping screw become loose. Vanguard plate will fit in all 4 orientations making it impossible to get it wrong in a rush to take the picture. Harwerrel only fits on two faces - not a big issue. I am used to the Manfrotto quick release lever rather than the screw clamp. The screw clamp makes it a lot longer to grab the camera off your tripod to get that awkward wildlife shot but it is reassuringly secure. This removal time could be an issue depending on what you are trying to capture.
