At first I was scared to use it but was very much stable and handled my 80 kg weight very well. Can do a variety of exercises and also compatible with kids, alongwith adults, at the same fixed plate height due to its unique upside down design. I had thought that BTH frame to cover the fixed plate, as shown in the video, will be provided but was not (no problem). Also, it was clearly mentioned that a guide hole sheet will be provided but was not, anyways, it was not difficult to mark the hole yourselves. It is a best and very usable buy in the sea of different types of pull up bars available online and in offline market.
