The seller promised to improve this tooMake sure you know which side is the front before you mount it. The front is the side with more holes.Wait till you have all the parts in to tight up the screws. Put them in and hand tight them. Once everything is in place tight everything up. It will save u a lot of timeSome dogs need to get use to it and they get scared trying to get on it. I had to buy a step ladder. Let the dog walk slowly by putting your hand on the treadmill and slowing it downIt came decently packed and the dogs enjoy it

Came with a badly bent metal, sharp and dented in. As well slats with cracks from screw on under side. Will eventually split more and splinter off. I have sent a message to the seller. And waiting a response. If they do not respond back I will contact Amazon as this was an expensive item. If this gets resolved I will amend my review.

Looks cheap for something this expensive. Splintery wood on the runway, and got splintered while building it. Still make a really big squeaking after adding WD40. Feels dangerous and unsafe to let my dog use it.
