If you are slim and are not overweight, like I am, the costume is made really well. The details of the costume is all made to fit those of that do not have that Zoro "Manjaro" built. I mean you can pull it off without the top on but hey if you are planning to look like the some of the slimmer peeps you have purchase this costume, it's not going to work - I ordered the XX-Large and sorry no go. 4 stars for the costume and material. 1 star for size not working (not their fault), but I am in need of some pound shedding. Best of luck all and hope this helps the other Zoro "Manjaros" out there.

I used hemming tape to make this adult sized costume work for my 11 year old

It runs small. I am a woman who wears xl in women's and unisex clothing. First, I will point out that I primarily bought this set for the coat and burgundy sash. Since the character wears the coat open at the chest, I was not worried about it being able to close at any point above the waist. The length of the coat was really nice, but it was very tight in the upper arms to where I coukd barely cross my arms in feont of me and the over all fit of the coat was closer to a larger medium or a smaller large. I wish the burgundy sash was longer, but I can make it work, and I can see how it would be longer with the smaller sizes. It looks like they use the same length for the sash regardless of which size us ordered. I did not even try on the pants because I can tell by looking at them that even if I can pull them up all the way, there will not be any room to sit or comfortably move. I did appreciate that the cuffs of the pants were cinched as it should make it easier to put on boots over them. The green sash, earrings, and bandana are decent enough and will make good back ups. The fabric is the typical thin costume material,l although the thread seems extremely cheap, and the outfit is not lined. Over all, the quality was about as I expected for a pre-made cosplay of this price range. My biggest complaint is that there were a couple of spots with very shoddy sewing. Both pictures were taken right after opening the package. The first picture is the seam where the shoulder meets the collar where the seam has started to come apart and it only has grown wider with very little effort. The second picture shows where the thread/seam has come loose on the front hem panel section and even where one buttone loop was sewn INSIDE the hem.

Fit him great, true to size.. he got an XL!

This costume was great everything besides the pant fit great. I knew it was going to be a bit snug because they did have my size but the costume was hit either way!!Definitely recommend for the price and how fast it came.
