This is exactly what I needed

I have a iPhone 12 Pro Max, which is too heavy for this metal stand. I’m sure this will work great if you have a smaller phone, but it didn’t work quite well for my iPhone. To be fair, i also have a case on my phone, which could be the reason why it didn’t hold so well.

Small, but sturdy. Holds even my iPad with its cover! Great for that price!

On the second day of use and it hasn’t been staying up. Topples over with my phone on it or the arm will not keep in place in the lower angles. The lower joint seems to have limited tension compared to the upper one. It looked like the screws on the side were adjustable however they’re not. Somewhat frustrated with this contraption.

I needed a small stand for my phone for my desk, and wanted to try this one to see if it would work for my needs. This is an adjustable stand made of a heavyweight metal that can fold flat. The viewing angle is adjustable with a tilt, and height is only adjustable by changing the angle of the rear arm. It would have been better if the rear arm is telescopic. Four rubber feet keeps the stand from slipping on the desk, and there are rubber pads on the face of the plate holding the back of the phone and the inside of the two ledges that you set the phone on top of.The stand can hold and position my phone very easily. For smaller tablets like a Fire 8, I didn’t have any problems getting a good viewing angle as well. For larger tablets, like an iPad, I was able to get a good viewing angle by moving the rear arm all the way down so that the bottom of the phone almost touches the desk. This is necessary to prevent the tablet from falling backwards or forward. This position does take up more desk space, so if the rear arm was telescopic to make it shorter, it would make a smaller footprint. I have a portable 15” monitor that I wanted to try, and to my amazement, it held the monitor at a good viewing positon and did not sag. Although the monitor only weighs about 1.5 pounds, it wasn’t stable by any means, but will work in a pinch. I can see using it when on the go to hold my portable monitor as a secondary monitor for my laptop.Overall, I think this is a well-made and well-engineered stand. It is made of a sturdy and heavy metal with good adjustability. At the current asking price, this stand is an absolute steal. I highly recommend it.

This Phablet Stand is really very nice. It articulates well and holds my phone or tablet securely. It does not fold down completely flat due to the cradle, but it is still compact enough for travel. I reluctantly knocked one star off because the description tells us it is of an aluminum alloy. It is not. Unless a new strongly magnetic aluminum alloy has been developed that I am unaware of, that is. I believe this stand is constructed of a steel alloy as a magnet is very strongly attracted to it. I found this out because my phone case's magnet snapped right on it when I was trying the stand out. This in my opinion is fine, as it adds weight and stability to the stand.

This phone stand is a great addition to my bedside table. I needed a stand to set my phone on at night to charge it, but also where I could easily see the time on the screen. Something easy to use - just set the phone in it and go about my business - not having to clamp it in.The stand is fully adjustable to accommodate a charger cord and popsocket/stand attached to the back of the phone. You can put it at any angle you want and adjust for your needs.What I particularly like about this model is that the cradle for the phone has a high back, so the phone is fully supported when in the cradle.You can also fold it down completely and very compact to slide in your purse, backpack, or briefcase, so it's great to take traveling with you!The materials are high-quality, and there is a small padding strip where you put the phone, as well as padded feet to protect the surface you place it on.It is pictured holding my iPhone 14 ProMax with a case.
