I took the back leather wing off and screwed the metal belt loop directly to the kidex (left the front wing as is. Now it fits a lot tighter against my body. The wings allow it to flop off of your body and print.

It will take a bit of cutting and filing to get this holster to fit with a romeo1 sight. The kydex and leather need to be cut almost down to the screw heads to clear the sight. With the dust cover on the sight there is still a bit of interference but it does not prevent retention. The holster catches a bit on the slide release and decocting lever when holstering but maybe a bit of heating/bending of the kydex will fix this.

Great holster! I use it with my Sig P226 legion and Sig MK25 for both concealed carry and IDPA. The leather “wings” make this holster very comfortable. The only down side for me is that it comes with 1.75" belt loops and I only use 1.5" so I had to order different belt loops.

This is a great and conformable holster. As stated above the leather wings do not add to the performance of this holster and in fact when I took them off and attached the belt loops just to the holster the steadiness and security of the holster immensely improved. If you accompany it with a good 5.11 1 3/4 inch tactical belt you will have the correct tightness against your body and the holster security will be 5 star.

Fit is great on 226 Legion. Love the forward cant. Easier to access in vehicle or anywhere really. Great product.

The degree of angle is to much for me. I would get the straight one. It’s a top notch holster!!
