Perfect Creme. Arrived damaged but received full refund
The product itself I would give a 5 star for, wonderful. I have multiple allergies and use it with no problem. My 98 year old great aunt recommended it to me. Her skin looks 20 years younger! However, this particular item arrived with a sticky label over the lid with a bar code on and no presentation box. I received a full refund.

One of the best cream I 've used
Easy to apply on top of night serum, leaves my face lovely, soft and firm.Ordered serum ( great product which evens out wrinkles) and cream for my daughter and she loves it too.

Revitalizing Supreme plus
I have just purchased a 15ml pot of this cream which I have bought direct from Estee Lauder in the past. This is not the same colour or smell or consistency or the same colour pot as my previous ones. very suspicious! I will not be purchasing again.

Plastic Surgery in a Jar!
I was recently gifted a small pot of this cream. Used it once on my neck - wow! Next day it looked like my neck was twenty years younger! (I'm in my mid 50s and recently realised the dreaded 'turkey neck' was upon me 🙄).Lovely smell too. I would have expected something very 'perfumey' and overpowering from Estée Lauder, maybe a 'modern' (👎) type smell, but no, the smell is perfumed but light, and it smells almost 'natural', like it's full of plant stuff. Not 'modern', but not 'old lady' smelling like I find Clarins Beauty Flash Balm, for example. Very pleasant!Anyway based on all of this, I'd definitely be interested in buying a big jar, once my small one runs out!

Not convinced this is real.
I am not convinced this is Estee Lauder. There was no inside cover, it had been opened. It feels and smells different to my usual Estee Lauder. I am unable to get a refund. I am not happy with this. My face feels dry and not hydrated which it usually does. I am worried that it could be filled with something else and it could harm my skin.
